Goodness me, Henry Nicholls has timed that well. Right off the middle of the bat. For a minute I thought they might just pinch a single but it's gone for four.

Target 292
A good battle between bat and ball here with Atkinson bowling at Nicholls.
The second ball beats the bat, but Nicholls responds with a straight drive past Atkinson for four.
Six coming from that over in total as we reach the 20 over mark.
Prior to Conway passing 50 on the penultimate ball of Root's over, Nicholls had found the boundary as Root was hit for nine off the over.
Atkinson remains in the attack and has threatened at times.

Devon Conway really committed to the stroke. What a good knock it has been. For the seventh time in 19 ODIs, he passes the 50 mark.
The target of 292 looks eminently possible at the moment.
Devon Conway reaches his half-century, driving Root down the off side for four.
He and Nicholls are looking very well set.
New Zealand are edging ahead on the worm.
England need wickets to pull them back in.
Image source, BBC SportWhile we wait for some repairs to the pitch, here is a look at how Conway has gone so far.
Woakes has been economical and is the only bowler with a maiden in this match so far, but that did not stop him from being hit for back-to-back fours.

That was the first boundary since the 11th over, 42 balls.
Six from the over for New Zealand, with Atkinson starting superbly with three dot balls.
The fifth ball was a short one which Nicholls pulled well at to reach double figures.
New Zealand are about to bring up 100, with Conway sat unbeaten on 47.
Image source, ReutersGiven Root's improved record bowling against left handers, keeping him on against two left handers seems like a sensible approach.
Seven come from that over, but steady scoring from New Zealand, who started with a Conway two before ending the over with five straight singles.
Atkinson remains in the attack, with Adil Rashid leaving the field.
A strong start from Atkinson, conceding just four runs, one of which being a leg-side wide.
Spin has not stayed away for long, with Joe Root returning to the attack from the other end.
Thanks, Tom.
We are going to see debutant Gus Atkinson come into the attack after overs of spin.
Will the return to pace prove fruitful for England?
Adil Rashid is bang on the money again, with just two singles off his latest over.
It is time for a change of bowling and a change of commentary, as I take a break.
Here's Jonty Colman with all the details.
After 14 overs, England were 79-0. At 14 overs, New Zealand sit on 79-1.
We have a concussion check at the end of Joe Root's latest over as Henry Nicholls mis-times a sweep-shot and the ball cannons into his helmet. He is fine to continue though.
After his brief break form the field Rashid is able to continue with his third over.

Rashid leaves the field at of the over, though he didn't look injured.

Joe Root averages 42 bowling to left handers in ODI cricket and 75 bowling at right handers.
In Tests, he averages 31 bowling to left handers and 60 to right handers.
Here is that ripper from Adil Rashid to bowl Will Young. No looseners needed here.
Not a great deal of turn for Joe Root as New Zealand knock around the ones and twos with the field spread.
There is a quick third umpire check for a run out as Devon Conway had leapt in the air as a throw from the boundary came in, but he was comfortably home.
