It's another game in which Dawid Malan has continued to not fail in an England shirt. You would think he is nailed on for a place in the World Cup team.

Well, this is a weird one.

The umpire gives it a wide, but New Zealand go up for a very enthusiastic appeal for caught behind.

Stokes had 12 from his first 18 balls. He reached 100 from 76. It didn't really seem like he was trying to score quickly, either.

11 fours and three sixes in Stokes' knock, having come in at 13-2.

It's a belter of the pitch but he's made the most of it. England's dressing room are joined by most of The Oval in rising to their feet and applauding his brilliance.

And worryingly if you're a New Zealand fan, he now has a proper licence to go berserk.

Speaking of Trent Boult though, I think his son was the highlight of New Zealand's lovely World Cup squad video.
