The disappointment and shock of the T20s has been followed by England bouncing back by bowling Sri Lanka out cheaply in the ODIs.

The series scoreline remains at 1-0 after the Northampton washout, so England will be very keen to ensure it doesn't become 1-1 after the shock defeat in the T20 series.

We have seen England experiment with some new faces in Mahika Gaur and Lauren Filer, while the likes of Nat Sciver-Brunt and Sophia Dunkley have had periods of rest.

But most of the side did still feature in the successful Ashes series, so it was still a really surprising result in the T20s.

However, the first two ODIs saw England bounce back to bowl Sri Lanka out for 106, and then have them at 106-9 in the second.

The covers are on and it's drizzling. It is raining but we hope that it will clear by 1:30 BST and play will get underway not long after. The latest we can start a 20-over game is 17:08.

But unfortunately, we only have bad news to bring you as the covers are on, with steady rain falling.

The forecast for the rest of the day isn't great, but we will keep you updated as soon as we have any news.

For now, the toss has been delayed.

    Good afternoon!

It's the last game of what has been a busy summer for England's women.

It started in late June at Trent Bridge with the Ashes Test match, and is ending against Sri Lanka at Leicester.

England are looking to wrap up a series win after the previous ODI at Northampton was washed out.
