It the fastest World Cup hundred for India. It eclipses Sehwag's 81-ball effort against Bermuda.
And there it is.
The stadium erupts as Rohit Sharma pushes a single to reach his century from just 63 deliveries.
A brilliant effort from the skipper. It his seventh World Cup hundred from just 19 innings, moving him clear of a certain Sachin Tendulkar.
Rohit Sharma pushes at a delivery from Mohammad Nabi and the ball flashes away for four to move to 99.
Rashid Khan appeals for a caught behind as Ishan Kishan fishes at a wide one, but the umpires say no and replays show he got nowhere near it.
Kishan then mistimes a drive off the backfoot that goes aerial but lands wide of the fielder and India run two.
We are then treated to a spectacular lightshow during a drinks break, with the crowd joining in by lighting up the mobile phones. It is quite the atmosphere.

India are motoring along.
Target 273
Rohit Sharma takes another single to move onto 93 and bring Ishan Kishan on strike.
After a watchful start Kishan now looks to be warming to his task as he seizes on a short delivery and heaves the ball through the on-side for four. He is 35 from 38 balls.

You don't deserve anything in cricket but this is as close as you get [Rohit for a century]. He deserves it for the way he's played. It has been dominance.
Rashid Khan lures a rare false shot from Rohit Sharma, but his thick edge is always heading downwards and lands safe of the man at first slip.
Rohit again pinches the strike with a single off the last ball to move to 92.

I have enjoyed it to be honest.
What I like about Rohit Sharma is that he's capitalised on his start, and Ishan Kishan has played a really mature knock in the circumstances.

It is finally time for Rashid Khan. It is probably four overs too late.
Afghanistan might have to think about bringing a fielder up off the final ball of overs for Rohit Sharma so he can't continue to farm the strike.
Hashmatullah Shahidi looks on despairingly as Rohit Sharma helps himself to back-to-back fours.
Rohit is now on 88 from just 52 balls. He is making it look easy out there.

It has been comfortable to play second fiddle. He has faced a lot of dot balls and he has been trying to get Rohit Sharma on strike, that is the right thing to do. He is one of the best batters in the world.
And now Ishan Kishan joins the six party, carting the ball over mid-wicket.
It has been quite the display from Rohit Sharma. Here is one of his four sixes so far.
Target 273
With the platform set India can afford to push the singles and twos now.
Four comes off Mujeeb Ur Rahman latest over to bring up the India 100.

It might get to the point that the Delhi crowd cheer a wicket so their man [Virat Kohli] comes in.
Mohammad Nabi comes into the attack and concedes just two singles from his first over.
That's the quietest over we have had in a while.
Here is India's dominance in graphical form. They are well ahead of the required run-rate.
Afghanistan need wickets and lots of them if they are to get back into this.
