A sumptuous cover drive. He didn't have to move, he could just admire the shot.
Rohit Sharma helps himself to yet another four as he clips the ball fine off the hips. Next ball he leans into a wonderful cover drive off the front foot that flies to the rope.
Rohit has raced onto 31 from just 20 balls.

That was not on my bingo card - a shuffle down the wicket to hit it over the covers.
Rohit Sharma is enjoying himself as he skips down the track before dispatching the ball over cover and into the stands.
The crowd goes wild. They are loving every second of this.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman drops a delivery in too short and Rohit Sharma can pull away through mid-wicket for four. It was not perfectly timed but was well placed and had enough to reach the rope.
This is turning into a good start for India, with no scares of note so far.

Very well played. I love how he waited on it and rolled his wrists to get it through the in-field.
Ishan Kishan is off the mark now. That's a lovely wristy drive on the front foot that sends the ball fizzing through the covers for four.
Kishan will feel much better about things now.
Target 273
Lovely timing from Rohit Sharma as he plays another controlled clip off the pads, with the ball flying wide of the man at square leg and away for the first four of the innings.
A similar shot goes a little finer and is eventually cut off before the rope, with India running two.
The India skipper moves to 12, with his opening partner Ishan Kishan still to get off the mark.

With Shubman Gill potentially not going to recover from his illness to play any part in this tournament, this is a huge innings for Ishan Kishan to stake his claim.
Rohit Sharma helps himself to a couple of twos with pushes into the on-side.
It has been a fairly cautious from India, which is perhaps understandable given they were reduced to 2-3 against Australia a few days ago.

Afghanistan are starting with spin because they want to try to draw Rohit Sharma into a mistake.
Afghanistan turn to spin early as off-spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman is thrown the ball to open at the other end.
No duck for Rohit Sharma today, he takes a single first ball with a clip off the hips through square leg.
His opening partner Ishan Kishan begins a little tentatively with a couple of unconvincing defensive shots, with Fazalhaq Farooqi finding some early movement.
Farooqi blots his copybook slightly with a wide, but it is still a decent start by the Afghanistan left-armer.
Thanks, Callum.
The Arun Jaitley Stadium is buzzing with expectation as the players enter the field for India's reply. The ground looks pretty much full.
The Afghanistan players get into a huddle before taking their positions in the field. They need a fast start here to get India on the back foot.
India openers Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan touch gloves before striding out to the middle. They both made ducks against Australia remember so will want to get off the mark quickly.
Fazalhaq Farooqi will open the bowling.
India's chase of 273 will get under way is just under five minutes' time.
Here's Tom Mallows to take you through the first half of the innings.
Afghanistan were in trouble at 63-3 but they recovered due to the 121-run stand between Hashmatullah Shahidi and Azmatullah Omarzai.
Captain Hashmatullah was impressive, particularly when he put his foot on the accelerator post 30-over mark, before he was trapped lbw for 80 by Kuldeep Yadav.
Jasprit Bumrah has had a lot of injury problems over the past couple of years but the quick is back and seems as good as ever.
He took the initial breakthrough, before coming back to take three at the death and finish with 4-39.

On the basis of modern ODI cricket you have to think Afghanistan are 30 runs short.
But early wickets and consistent pressure with the ball and you never know what might happen.
India were pretty faultless in the field.
Although this was initially dropped by Kuldeep Yadav, it was superbly held at the second attempt.
Afghanistan's Azmatullah Omarzai, who made 62: "I am really happy that I got my first fifty in a World Cup, and especially that it came against India in India. I hope I can continue that form in the future."
On his 121-run partnership with Hashmatullah Shahidi: "We lost early wickets and we were trying to build a partnership, rotate the strike, and wait for the loose ball, and we did it. We enjoyed it a lot."
On the game: "We tried to score 300 but we lost too many wickets in the middle. It is a good total for us and we have quality spinners and we'll try our best to defend the total."
