This will dent Pakistan's confidence big time. Even today, I wouldn't say they played badly.

They were in control after 30 overs but after that, they had no clue how to bat against Kuldeep, Bumrah was outstanding.

This will really damage Pakistan's confidence because they've got massive games coming up. But this will only be their first loss.

Haris Rauf is brought back into the attack but he is unable to shake up India's batters.

The final ball of the over beats the outside edge of KL Rahul's defensive poke, prompting a bit of interest from Mohammad Rizwan behind the stumps but there's not hint of referring it.

At this rate, I don't think India are going to need that enhanced net run-rate. I expect them to go through to that final four and do so handsomely but a good net run-rate always helps.
