It's important for Pakistan to really attack the new batter now. It doesn't mean magic balls, but disciplined lines.

That will get the crowd going! They don't like that from Haris Rauf.
Target 192
Haris Rauf is really ramping it up now. The fast bowler will know if's now or never if Pakistan are going to produce a miraculous comeback.
He's definitely fired up and after Shreyas Iyer defends the ball back to him, Rauf launches it back towards the stumps and is roundly booed by the India fans.

I don't think Pakistan are a bad team, but India have shown us everything they have in the locker today.
Target 192
A good over to finish the powerplay from Hassan Ali as Shreyas Iyer comes in to replace Virat Kohli.
India are well on their way to victory, though, and Rohit Sharma seems intent on getting them there as quickly as possible.
Kohli c Nawaz b Hassan Ali 16 (Ind 79-2)
Silence from the crowd as Virat Kohli cloths one to mid-on.
Back of a length from Hassan Ali and Kohli tries to pull it over the top.
He completely mistimes it and the ball loops gently to to Muhammad Nawaz.

Astonishing. That shot defies belief to be honest!

Over point for six off the front foot from Rohit Sharma! He opened the face and played the square drive, but got the elevation. All the more remarkable to hit that far from a slower ball.
Target 192
Outrageous!
Rohit Sharma has just carved the ball over point, off the front foot, for a mighty six.
It was a slower ball from Haris Rauf, too, so he didn't even have the pace to use. Remarkable shot.

A funny old run. Virat Kohli had to dive and if it had hit he would have been gone.
Target 192
Big mix up between Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli and a direct hit would have done for the latter.
Rohit hit the ball to mid-on and called for a run, Shaheen Afridi dived, gathered and took aim.
His shy at the stumps was just off target as Kohli threw himself to try and make his ground.
Target 192
Easy as you like for Rohit Sharma!
Practically no foot movement as he launches a length ball from Haris Rauf back over his head for six.
Brutal hitting.

Babar Azam was asked yesterday what defeat might mean for his captaincy. Can he survive this? It's getting ugly for Pakistan.
Target 192
Muhammad Nawaz was jeered by the India fans as he stopped at the crease after losing his run-up first ball and things didn't get much better for him.
Nine from the over. Haris Rauf is coming to come on to bowl the next.

An effortless shot from Rohit Sharma. That kept travelling. The India flags are all flying all round the ground. Pakistan captain Babar Azam looks quite flustered now.
Target 192
Six! Rohit saunters down the track and dumps Muhammad Nawaz over mid-wicket for a maximum.
This could all be over very quickly.
Time for some spin, Muhammad Nawaz is coming on to bowl his left-arm darts.
A bruising over for Shaheen Afridi with 15 coming from it but the Pakistan left-arm quick has taken the only wicket to fall so far in the innings...

That is Kohli for you. The pull shot was mis-timed but that was just a beautiful cover drive. There was no real effort in it, it was just timed.
