    Credit to Afghanistan who have played brilliantly. It hasn't been funky but just good cricket shots. They would have been hoping for 270 or 280 but they might get quite a few more than that at this rate.

    Reece Topley is limping off without assistance but it's the left knee which has banged into the knee. It could be bruising but England will have to keep their fingers crossed because they can ill afford to lose the rest of his overs.

    He is trying to stretch out his knee as he walks around the boundary with the physio.

    He is walking unassisted so that is something. He'll be checked now and England will hope it is nothing serious.

    England's struggles are a mixture of everything. It's probably the flattest type of pitch you see in India, this England attack doesn't look suited to it. Chris Woakes looks short of gallop and the bowlers who have success on here have genuine pace or those who angle it into the stumps. Reece Topley, though, has been excellent.

    Sometimes you have to be open and honest to accept there are certain bowlers who struggle. I thought going into this World Cup that England's batting would be dominant in India but I thought it was their bowling that would let them down.

    Adil Rashid races through a very tidy over. It helps that he was bowling to Ibrahim Zadran rather than Rahmanullah Gurbaz.

    It was drifted up by Rashid. I thought Gurbaz was through that shot a little bit early but he commits to it. The short boundaries, plus the middle of Gurbaz's bat, which is going like a trampoline at the moment.

    Every time England have missed, Afghanistan have taken advantage of it. When they have needed to, they have also defended really well and rotated the strike.

    The issue for England, aside for the mountains of runs they're conceding, is that they haven't even looked like creating a chance, let alone taking a wicket.
