That's a terrific shot from Mushfiqur. Announcing himself and really signalling his intent.

That's one of his favourite shots and he's connected with it really well.
Mushfiqur Rahim gets down on one knee and slog sweeps the first ball after drinks from Ravindra Jadeja over the boundary for six.
Good technique and a clean strike from the Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batter.
Jadeja tighten his lines for the remainder of the over.
Time for a quick gulp of something refreshing in the heat of Pune.

A comedy of errors here! Two runs gifted and Shardul Thakur is not impressed. He's got his hands on his hips.
Mushfiqur Rahim and Towhid Hridoy content to rebuild at the moment and keep wickets in hands. Few signs of aggression to Shardul Thakur.
They pick up some bonus runs after a shy at the stumps from Ravindra Jadeja is deflected enabling a single to become a two. It ti backed up by KL Rahul and thrown back to the non-striker's end.
Thakur, however, is already walking back to his bowling mark allowing Bangladesh to burgle a third run..

Hardik Pandya is not coming back to bowl. He'll only be able to come back and bat after 120 minutes. That's been confirmed.
It's hazy rather than sunny in Pune but Ravindra Jadeja has his big sunglasses on. Almost like a ski mask, really.
He is through another over of left-arm spin in double quick time. Here's how he bagged the wicket of Liton Das a few moments ago.

Bangladesh had a slowish start then pushed on but wickets have since fallen far too regularly for their liking.

Good comeback for Shardul. He was very expensive in his first three overs.
He has this knack for taking wickets and breaking partnerships bit he tends to be a little bit expensive.
Bangladesh wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim joins Towhid Hridoy at the crease.
Mushfiqur gets off the mark by tickling Shardul Thakur round the corner for a single.
Back to Liton Das. He had done all the hard work. That really was a daft way to give it away. If Bangladesh are going to beat India in their own back yard he needed to be there at the business end.

It was a really good innings but you're spot on about throwing it away.
Bangladesh have just lost three wickets and as a batter, once you've played for that long, you want to turn your starts into a big one.
That's a big wicket.

Liton Das rather gave it away there. He tried to hit Jadeja down the ground for six, didn't quite get it and it's comfortably taken.
A good innings but he's given it away a bit.
Das c Gill b Jadeja 66 (Ban 137-4)
Oh Liton, what have you done here.
The Bangladesh opener skips down the track and attempts to hit Ravindra Jadeja out the ground, but he is unable to generate the distance required against the left-arm spinner.
Shubman Gill is perfectly positioned at long-off to pouch the catch.
Das has just given it away.
Here's how Ravindra Jadeja bagged the wicket of stand-in skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto a little earlier.
Meanwhile, all-rounder Shardul Thakur, is thrown the ball by Rohit Sharma but poses little threat with his steady seam up. Albeit Bangladesh reluctant to go after him in the same manner as they did a little earlier.
Three off the over helps him improve his figures to 0-33 off five overs.

Jadeja varies his pace so cunningly.
The canny Ravindra Jadeja continues for India.
His left-arm spin has been extremely useful for Rohit Sharma in this tournament so far. Liton Das and Towhid Hridoy fairly risk averse with their strokeplay, content to defend and work it into the gaps.
Two singles off the over. Bangladesh's predicted score is 251.
Thank you kindly, Stephan.
A lot on the shoulders of Liton Das here. A couple more wickets, backed by a vociferous crowd, and India could run through Bangladesh
Here's Towhid Hridoy. Bangladesh are in a tricky spot now. The absence of Shakib in the middle order keenly felt. Here's a man I would always trust to get me out of a tricky spot, Timothy Abraham.
