That is the perfect yorker. He's even seen Mahmudullah go deep in his crease and all Bumrah has done is adjust by about eight inches.

The batter might have a bruised toe in the morning as well because the ball thudded into it.

    That's some fast bowling.

No doubt about that. The crowd love that.

Bails flashing, furniture rearranged, a terrific yorker. It's what Bumrah does.

No need to review this one.

A fast brutal yorker from Jasprit Bumrah and Mahmudullah simply cannot get his bat down in time.

Big edge. I don't know why Rohit did that.

That's a very strange one because no one thought it was out.

    Plenty of bat on it.

    Ban 247-7published at 48.3 overs

A big 'un from Mahmudullah as he wallops Mohammed Siraj down the ground, over the head of long-on, and into the stands for six.

    Vital runs for Bangladesh.

  12. Ban 240-7published at 48.2 overs

A bit of late impetus from Mahmudullah, who bats too low for Bangladesh in the opinion of many.

He took a couple of boundaries off Shardul Thakur a little earlier.

Nicely guided. It was a slower ball from Bumrah, trying to get a false shot but Mahmudullah just waits for it and finds the gap between backward point and short third.

But Bumrah has been excellent again. He's been a cut above everyone else. It makes such a different when he's in this India team.

  14. Ban 238-7published at 48 overs

Mahmudullah picks a slower ball from Jasprit Bumrah and adroitly works it in the point region for a welcome boundary.

Dot. Dot.. Dot. Mustafizur Rahman unable to get Bumrah away in the last three balls of the over. Just what Rohit Sharma ordered at the death.

A faint blob of red disappears behind the buildings in Pune as the sun goes down.

Cross-seam delivery and just skidding on off the shiny side and takes the slightest of top-edges behind to KL Rahul.

Nasum didn't look comfortable against the short ball.

That went like a tracer bullet and it might have hurt Siraj.

He stuck out his hand and the ball just flicked his fingertip but took no pace off it because it was hit so hard.

  20. ouch!

    Ban 233-6published at 46.4 overs

Nasum Ahmed drills Mohammed Siraj's first ball straight down the ground. The India pace bowler sticks a paw out in attempt to stop it and it catches the end of his finger. On come the physios.

Nasum with a couple more wild swipes in the over and he makes contact with the fourth ball of Siraj's over and smears it over mid-off for four.
