Sri Lanka have been so, so sloppy at the death. My prediction of 360 seemed impossible half an hour ago, but now it might be a bit low.

Four to start the over. Scooped over short fine leg by Ravindra Jadeja.
Despite losing Shreyas Iyer, they are still on for a big finish.

The wheels are quite definitely falling off for Sri Lanka.

Mendis is furious and rightly so. Poor fielding. The India batters are laughing.

That's really cleverly played by Jadeja and that's another run given to India. Five Sri Lankan fielders as if to say "why have you thrown that?"
Good running should bring India two from the last ball of the over. Instead it brings three after another overthrow from Sri Lanka.
There was no need to shy at the stumps.
That means Ravindra Jadeja will keep strike. It couldn't have worked out much better for India.
That is just the fourth five-for of this World Cup.
Dilshan Madushanka joins Mitchell Santner, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammed Shami in doing so.

Shreyas went for the big old smash and it has been taken. Madushanka has five wickets.
Shreyas c Theekshana b Madushanka 82 (Ind 333-6)
Good response from Dilshan Madushanka and he has a five-wicket haul.
It's clever bowling from the left-armer. He pushes it wide outside Shreyas Iyer's off stump, the batter reaches for it but can only send it straight up.
Maheesh Theekshana gets under it at cover and takes the catch.

I think Shreyas has woken up to the notion that he may get 100 here. They wanted a Virat Kohli 100, they would have taken a Shubman Gill 100, but they may have to settle for one from Shreyas Iyer.

That's a great shot and we've been waiting for that aggression from Shreyas Iyer. He's spent most of his innings going at just over a run a ball.
Six more! Crashed back over long on!
Shreyas Iyer is suddenly up to 82 from 55 balls.

Oh, here we go. Shreyas has crunched that to the top of the first tier. That is a beautiful shot.
Banged in short by Dilshan Madushanka and Shreyas Iyer clubs it over cow corner for six.
Just the 88m this time. Poor by his standards... but it does bring up the fifty partnership.

In an act of epic cluelessness, Sri Lanka overthrow and India take the extra run. Needless.
Not what Sri Lanka need. They shy at the stumps to try and run out Shreyas Iyer, who was always going to make it, and concede an overthrow.
It brings the set batter back on strike as well. Not the smartest cricket you'll see today.

With wickets in hand and four overs to go, India can go for it now. I've always thought however many wickets you have spare, that's how many overs left where you have to go for it.
Chopped away for four by Shreyas Iyer. It flies past short third and away to the sponge.
Kasun Rajitha was spraying it everywhere and was very expensive in his previous spell but this is a very good over from the fast bowler.
He keeps India to just five from it with the last of them a leg bye after Shreyas Iyer was deceived by a slower ball.
Four overs to go...
It's part four of four (so far) of Shreyas Iyer tries to hit the ball out of the Wankhede Stadium.
He's not managed it yet but he's giving it a good go...
