Sybrand Engelbrecht showed some resistance with a battling 58, but the wickets continued to fall and the Netherlands were all out in the 47th over.
Then came the collapse as Netherlands lost four wickets for just 21 runs to slump to 113-6.
Max O'Dowd and Colin Ackermann put on 70 for the second wicket before some alert fielding by Azmat saw O'Dowd run out for 40.

The Netherlands won the toss and chose to bat first but made a terrible start, with Mujeeb Ur Rahman removing opener Wesley Barresi for his 100th one-day international wicket in the first over of the match.
Afghanistan bowler Mohammad Nabi: "Our first 10 overs was not good, we did not bowl the line and lengths we wanted to. We bowled badly.
"But Rashid Khan came back on and we said, those 10 overs are gone so we just have to focus on the next 40. Just bowl the right areas and they will make mistakes and it did.
"When the pressure is on the batter you know they will make mistakes and bad calls. So that helped us get the four run outs.
"I am feeling good with my bowling, my experience helps us and I like to use all of that to help the youngsters in all situations.
"It is a good pitch for batting, hopefully we will chase easily."
