The games we thought were dead rubbers and meant nothing, they have been belters.
Target 292
Australia have opted to send Mitchell Starc in ahead of Pat Cummins.
He's up and running with two out to deep cover.

Afghanistan might be semi-finals bound here. They've got Australia 87-6 chasing 292. It will take a miracle from here.
Stoinis lbw b Rashid 6 (Aus 87-6)
Crashing into middle stump!

Win and they are into fourth place and nearing on a semi-final spot for the first time.

It's actually hit him in the knee bend.
It doesn't look like there's any bat.
Marcus Stoinis was attempting to reverse sweep Rashid Khan.

Stoinis is gone and Australia slide further towards defeat. It looks plumb, but they review anyway!
Aus 87-5
Marcus Stoinis is out!
Or is he?
Rashid Khan wheels off in celebration as Alex Wharf raises his finger for lbw but Stoinis sends it upstairs.

Maxwell doesn't miss out on deliveries like that. This is where you don't want to get too clever with you bowling.
Target 292
Is Glenn Maxwell going to counter-attack?
He slog-sweeps into the mid-wicket fence, before picking up four more through the covers.
This isn't over.

The replay shows Labuschagne saying to Maxwell "what are you doing?"
Target 292
Every over is great drama and theatre at the moment.
We saw a wide angle replay of the run out too and Marnus Labuschagne is extremely slow to set off.
If he goes straight away he makes the single fairly comfortably I reckon.
Either way, he wasn't happy with Glenn Maxwell.
Oooh. Marcus Stoinis survives.
HawkEye shows it is just clipping off-stump but it stays with umpire's call, which was not out.

It couldn't be any close to the edge of the bat without finding it, but how is that LBW?
There's no bat so it's not caught behind.
It has grazed the back pad though so we're going to check for lbw.

Rashid Khan was convinced, but he was always convinced, a bit like Stuart Broad, he always thinks he is out.
Aus 72-5
Is Marcus Stoinis caught behind now?
Rashid Khan really liked it initially.
Hashmatullah Shahidi has been encourage to review it anyway.

It goes down as run out by Rahmat, but it is run out by Glenn Maxwell. Went for a quick single and it simply was not there.
Labuschagne run out (Rahmat) 14 (Aus 69-5)
Is this the game?
It is a good dive by Marnus Labuschagne and he probably just about gets the distance that he needs but his bat is in the air and he's gone.
The direct hit has brought that wicket. Superb from Rahmat Shah.
