    The final ball is steered in a similar direction by Georgia Adams but the boundary rider keeps her to one.

    There's a bit of a wind gusting across Wantage Road now. Umpire Rose Dovey spots one of the bails has blown off and there is a brief delay while it is replaced.

    A quick single by Georgia Elwiss from the final ball is all the Vipers can muster from that one as the cover barrier does its job.

    The Blaze are convinced Georgia Adams has nicked to keeper Sarah Bryce down the leg side but the umpire is unmoved despite the imploring appeals.

    Adams glances the final ball of the over for four to rub salt into their collective wound.

    That is a big wicket for The Blaze. Georgia Elwiss is in at four.
