Russell gifts him a full toss to whack down the ground for four as England continue to look to attack.
West Indies win by four wickets in Trinidad to claim 3-2 series victory
Hope hits unbeaten 43 off 43 balls; Topley 2-17 and Rashid 2-21

Andre Russell to Harry Brook - the reunion (after Brook hit 31 runs from that mad final over in Grenada).
Russell gifts him a full toss to whack down the ground for four as England continue to look to attack.
This is set up quite intriguingly. England's batting has been brilliant in the past two games but now have a challenge on their hands.
Salt b Motie 38 (Eng 60-3)
There will be no century number three for Phil Salt.
It's a dismissal to mirror Will Jacks', as Salt launches the previous ball over Gudakesh Motie's head for six, but is bowled by the next.
It needed something special to get rid of Salt in this form and Motie provided it with a beauty that pitched on leg stump, ripped past his defence and took out middle.
Game on!
Decent recovery from Thomas, just three singles coming from the rest of the over and that concludes a much-improved powerplay from West Indies' bowlers.
It's been a very different display from the run-fest two days ago but it's been gripping, a much more even contest between bat and ball. A good test for England.
There's been six men's T20 international matches played at the Brian Lara Academy Stadium and the average first innings score is 166.
The early wickets haven't bothered Phil Salt in the slightest.
He strikes two fours from the first two balls of Oshane Thomas' next over.
Jacks b Hosein 7 (Eng 39-2)
Immediate revenge! Six and out for Will Jacks.
Smart bowling from the spinner, as he darts one in quicker having just been hit down the ground. Jacks steps back, trying to play off the back foot but it skids through and clips the top of the stumps.
Great start from West Indies.
First six of the night! And it goes to Will Jacks, who spoils Akeal Hosein's very good start to his over by thumping the fifth ball down the ground.
Andre Russell is stationed at long-on, and there are cries of catch it... but it sails over his head.
The runs keep flowing for Phil Salt, though. A classy dab past point finds its way to the boundary, and number three Will Jacks gets himself off the mark with a single.
Buttler c Thomas b Holder 11 (Eng 24-1)
A wicket in the powerplay? Do my eyes deceive me?
Jos Buttler's strength - his trademark scoop over his shoulder - turns out to be his downfall, as he doesn't time it properly and chips it straight to Oshane Thomas at short fine leg.
Jason Holder gives a leap and a roar of delight. West Indies are up for this challenge.
West Indies turn to spin early in the form of Akeal Hosein, whose 1-36 in England's 267 on Tuesday was quite a remarkable effort.
A good-length delivery is drilled through the covers for four by Salt - testament to the form he's in.
There's a brief pause as Sherfane Rutherford goes down after a diving attempt to save the boundary, looking to be in pain with his wrist or hand, but he's thankfully fine to continue.

England will take a little bit of time to check if the pitch is playing as well the other day. If it is, we could see some fireworks from this England top order after what they've done in the past couple of games.
Well, he's a man in form.
Oshane Thomas starts with a floaty, full delivery and Phil Salt launches it through the covers for four.
Buttler follows it with a crisp pull shot for the same result. They're not a fun pair to bowl at, are they?

You talk about building momentum through a series, or through a tournament, but this is T20 cricket. We've seen how powerful the West Indies are. If they do take some early wickets it will put the cat among the pigeons and it could be difficult for England to post a challenging total on what looks like it will be a good batting pitch again.
It doesn't take long for Jos Buttler to find the boundary. He's gifted a horrible short ball from Russell and simply has to help it on its way to fine leg.
That's the only blemish in a tidy over from Russell, who recovers well with three dots.
Phil Salt gets England under way with an easy single to mid-wicket.
Right, let's get going.
Phil Salt and Jos Buttler have been simply magnificent for England in the last two games. Is a third innings of madness on its way?
Andre Russell has ball in hand, and we're ready to go.

As the series have gone on the pitches have got better and West Indies have not readjusted to bowling that hard length or resorting to yorkers. I hope that today they need to get it under the bat. I hope to see more diversity about the West Indies planning their overs. It will be interesting to see if they have learned anything from the last two games.

It's crunch time for England. If they win this they can look forward to the T20 World Cup with a degree of optimisim. If they lose then their managing director, Rob Key, will have questions to ask of this management looking forward to the World Cup after presiding over the 50-over World Cup and two series losses.
