  1. Postpublished at 17:39 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 239-3 v Worcs 360

Worcestershire are controlling the run rate and a batting error still looks like the most likely route to a wicket on this pitch.

Mousley leaves Holder outside off and Barnard advances to 84 with a push through extra cover for one.

Just two runs off the last couple of overs.

  2. wicket

WICKET - Bohannon c Smith b Lawrence 84published at 17:37 British Summer Time 6 April

    Lancs 160-4 v Surrey

Josh Bohannon's fine innings comes to an end!

Dan Lawrence gets one to bounce, Bohannan nudges it to leg and Jamie Smith takes it at the second attempt at short leg.

  3. 100 runs

up for Middlesexpublished at 17:34 British Summer Time 6 April

    Middlesex 102-1 v Glamorgan 620-3 dec

Mark Stoneman whips one through midwicket, a little bit airily, but with enough pace to beat the field and race to the short boundary.

That brings up the 100 for Middlesex in reply to Glamorgan's mammoth total.

  4. Postpublished at 17:34 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 233-3 v Worcs 360

Worcestershire need a wicket - and they may be running out of time tonight as the skies have darkened a little in the last few minutes.

Barnard clips Holder through the on side and a fine diving stop from D'Oliveira keeps it to three.

Single to Mousley through the off side and there's another heart in mouth moment for Barnard who drives wildly and misses outside off to end the over.

  5. wicket

WICKET Mike c Fisher b Milnes 90published at 17:31 British Summer Time 6 April

Yorks v Leics 355 all out

Ben Mike falls agonisingly short of what would have been a maiden century against his former club. He swipes Milnes high into the off side, only to see Matt Fisher run in to take a superb catch.

But that is still excellent work from the Leicestershire tail.

  6. wicket

WICKET Haynes c sub b Critchley 77published at 17:28 British Summer Time 6 April

    Notts 265-6 v Essex 253

Jack Haynes must have been eyeing a debut century, but he won't get there!

He pulled a full toss away to mid-on and substitute Ben Allison dived away to his right to end Haynes' fun.

  7. 'Both teams will think they've missed opportunites'published at 17:26 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 228-3 v Worcs 360

    Phil Britt
    BBC Coventry & Warwickshire

Both sides will look back and think that they've missed huge opportunities by not being able to hold on to chances.

There have been one or two difficult ones but you'd expect more to have been taken.

The floodlights are on here and I didn't think we needed them for the large chunk of the afternoon.

  8. Postpublished at 17:26 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 228-3 v Worcs 360

A bit of width from D'Oliveira and Mousley is back and across, hammering the ball through cover for one.

Barnard drives through extra cover for two and Warwickshire are looking well set in this session.

  9. wicket

WICKET Balderson b Steel 21published at 17:25 British Summer Time 6 April

    Lancs 150-3 v Surrey

Cameron Steel comes on, and he strikes in his first over by getting one through George Balderson to rattle the timbers.

  10. Postpublished at 17:23 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 223-3 v Worcs 360

Jason Holder is back in the attack and Ed Barnard defends outside off.

The fourth ball is fuller, tapped down the track and Holder fields off his own bowling.

The fifth ball is wide and driven through cover for four.

    Barnard is on 74.

  11. wicket

KENT ALL OUT FOR 284published at 17:22 British Summer Time 6 April

    Evison c Goldsworthy b Gregory 85

Joey Evison holes out at deep midwicket, going for a big shot off Lewis Gregory.

That ends a valiant knock, especially when they lost two wickets in an over to be 209-7.

After being put in to bat, we will see what sort of total that is.

Captain Gregory finishes with 4-66 as well as taking a couple of catches.

  12. Postpublished at 17:20 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 219-3 v Worcs 360

D'Oliveira drops short and Barnard hammers the ball away through the off side for one.

Mousley drives to mid on for one more.

D'Oliveira tosses the last ball up and Barnard drives through the off side to keep the strike.

Tidy over from D'Oliveira after an expensive first spell.

  13. wicket

WICKET Parkinson run out (Goldsworthy) 25published at 17:18 British Summer Time 6 April

    Kent 283-9 v Somerset

What an unfortunate way for Matt Parkinson to be out!

Backing up at the non-striker's end, he is out of his ground as Lewis Goldsworthy diverts Joey Evison's shot onto the stumps.

Part intentional, park luck but well done to Goldsworthy for his sharp work.

But Parkinson has done a great job in adding 61 with Evison.

  14. Postpublished at 17:17 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 214-3 v Worcs 360

A rare error from Ed Barnard, who swings and misses at a D'Oliveira delivery outside off stump.

He regains his ground just in time to avoid a stumping from Burgess.

Barnard recovers with a front foot drive through cover for one.

Just a hint of frustration there as Warwickshire look to close the gap on the Pears.

  15. 'Robson looked so comfortable'published at 17:15 British Summer Time 6 April

    Middlesex 84-1 v Glamorgan 620-3 dec

    Guy Swindells
    BBC Radio London

What a delivery that was from Craig Miles.

Almost from nowhere, Sam Robson looked so, so comfortable and Miles was through him.

Super delivery, he got the ball to come back in and beat his man all ends up.

  16. wicket

WICKET Clarke c Walter b Harmer 104published at 17:15 British Summer Time 6 April

    Notts 259-5 v Essex 253

Joe Clarke comes down the track and lifts Simon Harmer into the leg side, but he does not get enough on it and Paul Walter moves in from the rope at long on for a comfortable catch.

That's the first mistake from Clarke, and it ends a fine partnership with Jack Haynes of 159 that has put Notts into the lead.

  17. Close of play at Hovepublished at 17:11 British Summer Time 6 April

    Sussex v Northants 292-7

Sadly, rain and bad light has ended Day Two early.

Unless something spectacular happens tomorrow, a draw is the likely end result here.

  18. Postpublished at 17:10 British Summer Time 6 April

    Warwks 209-3 v Worcs 360

Frustration for the Pears as Waite is driven to extra cover for what should be a single but turns out to be five with the overthrows!

Jason Holder is doing some stretches and may be bowling shortly.

Mousley will keep the strike with a drive down the ground for one.

  19. Postpublished at 17:08 British Summer Time 6 April

    Notts 257-4 v Essex 253

Notts are into the lead at Trent Bridge with six wickets remaining.

Leg spinner Matt Critchley is back on as Essex seek to break a partnership that is over the 150-mark now.

  20. wicket

WICKET Robson b Miles 43published at 17:08 British Summer Time 6 April

    Middlesex 79-1 v Glamorgan 620-3 dec

A debut wicket for Craig Miles!

On loan from Warwickshire for the summer, Miles gets one to bounce and move a touch down the Lord's slope.

That is enough to get through Sam Robson's defences and end a decent opening stand for Middlesex.
