Alice Capsey saw Aliya Riaz and Diana Baig caught out in her first over to end the match as a contest, and Waheeda Akhtar was the last batter to fall as England won by 65 runs.
Pakistan saw two wickets fall to Lauren Bell in the third over and wickets fell at regular intervals.
Seven batters fell to catches, with Danni Wyatt's take the pick of the bunch.
England lost Bouchier first ball after drinks, but continued to build their score.
On her return to the side, Nat Sciver-Brunt scored 31 from 21, while an unbeaten Dani Gibson again played effectively as a finisher, striking 18 from nine as England finished on 144-6.

England lost Danni Wyatt early, but Maia Bouchier put on a partnership of 49 as the hosts reached 66-1 at the half-way stage.
Player of the match Alice Capsey speaking to Sky Sports: "I found that once I got in, it got easier as I batted. As a batting unit, we didn’t get off to the best start last game so we wanted to improve on it.
"There was less momentum this game so we’ve got to force it. It's then about adapting your game, playing shots that you’re not used to but it’s good to play against different opposition.
"I got a bit stuck last game trying to create different lengths, this game I was being more proactive.
"It would be nice to score runs every game but it’s learning to be more at peace with the flow of the game and recognising that it’s not going to happen every game, the support staff have been amazing."
On her bowling: "I’m working hard, there’s already three high quality spinners on the team so it’s nice to have a chance to bowl and I’ll take the opportunities when I get them."
Pakistan captain Nida Dar: "If I take the positives out of it, the approach was very nice. The intent was there. We have bowling strength, we rely on them very much.
"The batting part is not working well. We have tried a lot of combinations before this series, we are working on it and will talk about it for the next game."

Bad decision making, poor execution, what's needed is a bit of mentoring, getting together as a team, they are scoring boundaries, it's just decision making. I can see where this game could've been competitive but they just couldn't keep up.
Pakistan just never got going there - Aliyah Riaz top scored with 19 and only Muneeba Ali and Sidra Ameen joined her in reaching double figures.
There was some pretty questionable shots, a fair number of mistimed balls dropping easily for England catchers.
Wickets shared among the England bowlers, Sophie Ecclestone with the best figures of 3-11.

Almost too easy for England today, very convincing in the first innings, then they were far too good, that last catch from Gibson was an absolute belter.
