Batting is not all about aggression, power and muscling the ball out the park, it’s more about footwork and timing. I hope England are looking at this and not just thinking the solution is powering it as hard as they can.
Diana Baig starts her over very well with just three coming from the first five balls, but gifts Nat Sciver-Brunt four runs by drifting on to the pads with the last.
That completely releases the pressure.
It's a lovely night in Northampton - summer's here!
Heather Knight joins Nat Sciver-Brunt in the middle.
Big partnership needed from England's most experienced duo.

This is what can get you sometimes, mystery spin, anything can happen with that and it makes it harder to bat against.
Capsey st Muneeba b Dar 31 (Eng 76-3)
Ah. I'm sorry.
A frustrating end for Alice Capsey, who was quite scratchy and never quite got going to her fluent best.
She skips down the pitch to skipper Nida Dar, it's a half-hearted waft and keeper Muneeba Ali does the rest. Turns out she edged it too, so was actually out twice - but it was initially given as stumped.
Alice Capsey is so talented that even when she's not quite been at her best, she's still able to produce brilliance like this.
There's almost a Ben Stokes World Cup final 2019 moment, as Sciver-Brunt comes back for the second and the throw in from the fielder ricochets off her bat.
It doesn't reach the boundary, and the batters don't run either - but could've been chaos.
A nice, uneventful over for me to ease my way in.
And, because she is Nat Sciver-Brunt, she drives her first ball for four.

Exceptional piece of fielding by Baig, it was clean, goalkeeper style, if you want to know how they are going to turn it around, it’s like this, first ball after drinks break.
Bouchier run out Diana 30 (Eng 66-2)
Well! This certainly wasn't in England's plans. What a cracking piece of fielding from Diana Baig.
Maia Bouchier drives nicely, sets off for the single but Diana dives full-stretch at extra cover, plucks the ball one-handed and Bouchier is left stranded in the middle of the pitch.
She wasn't expecting the ball to be stopped, and it's a simple throw from Diana in to the keeper to take the stumps.
What an introduction, thanks Mike.
England have stalled a bit since the powerplay. I wonder what the chat was during the drinks break?
Some lovely bowling from Fatima Sana, a shorter ball gets a bit too high on Alice Capsey and she can only pull into the pitch.
The England batter is always trying the attacking option and advances down the pitch, but can only find the fielder in the leg side, before Sana beats Bouchier with a slower ball.
Speaking of attacking options, here's Ffion Wynne to take you through to the innings break.
Alex Hartley knows best - just four from Nashra Sandhu's first over.
Alice Capsey attempts a reverse sweep that only produces a single, before Maia Bouchier mis-times a heave to mid-wicket.

We know that England have struggled against spin bowlers, when you look at who's opening the batting, they've faced a lot of seam bowling. Spin is the way to go against England.
Lovely shot from Bouchier, timing Fatima Sana's first delivery beautifully through backward square for four.
After missing out on Saturday, the England opener is looking to cash in today.

I don’t think Pakistan have bowled too badly but England have been on the counter-attack and looking to manoeuvre things and find boundaries in alternative ways.

Diana Baig was actually named after Princess Diana.
Diana Baig returns as the fielders go back.
She restricts the England batters to three singles, Capsey bringing up the England fifty with a push into the leg side.
