    Tiesj Benoot heads back to the front of the main bunch which suggests that Jumbo-Visma aren't happy with the pace being set by UAE Team Emirates.

    Lennard Kamna is being distanced by the main bunch. The German climbed to second on the GC on Tuesday but looks likely to lose a fair bit of ground and time today.

    Another disappointing day for Dani Martinez. The Ineos Grenadiers man is toiling at the back of a reduced peloton.

    He was expected to be someone to be relied on once the race hit the big slopes but finds himself sat alongside Luke Rowe in difficulty.

    Marc Hirschi has also been dropped.

    A few riders being shelled out of the break as it climbs up the Col du Telegraphe...

    Polish riders Maciej Bodnar and Kamil Greadek drop off at similar time as Mattia Cattaneo, Nils Politt, Guillaume van Keirsbulck and Mads Pedersen start to tread water.

    Tadej Pogacar speaking before the start of stage 11: "I think there will be some attacks. We still have a strong team and we will try to force a good pace, so that we can control the race but yeah, you never know. I think today will be the first real fireworks.

    Even though we lost George [Bennett] and Vegard [Stake Laengen] the mood is still really good. I like the spirit and we will fight until the end."
