Just when Barney thought he might be able to break, Suljovic smashes in his sixth 180 and takes out double 7 - his new favourite double.

The Dutchman had two darts to level things but dropped outside double 16.

Mensur is edging towards the final later this evening.

They're off for another short break.

    Lovely leg from Barney.

He bundles in a 14-darter on double 16 to stay just one behind the Austrian.

Still hope for Van Barneveld fans.

BBC pundit Paul Nicholson mentioned earlier that Suljovic always averages around 99 when he's playing well.

His average at the moment - 99 and change.

He holds his throw once again by finishing double 5.

The Gentle is four legs away from the Champions League of Darts final.

For the first time in this tournament we've seen a bit of head-shaking from Raymond van Barneveld.

Mensur will want to jump all over that.

Barney needed that 180 as he's not performed too well since the break.

    Better Barney, better!

The world number eight fires in his first 180 and finishes the leg on double 16 in 14 darts.

He hasn't been at his best, but he's still in this match.

And Mensur makes his break count by holding his throw.

It's a 13-darter including a fifth maximum for The Gentle.

Barney said he often feels tired during the evening games - he doesn't look a bundle of energy up there at the moment.

Barney has not got out the blocks so well after the break and his average is dropping. He's fallen below 90, now.

It's a poor leg from Raymond.

There's the first break of throw in this semi-final!

Suljovic powers in his fourth maximum and finishes on double 5 with Barney way back.

The Dutchman is averaging just under 90 - he's not at the races so far.

    And another hold of throw.

    The Gentle hits back-to-back 140s, but can't find double 14. That's a shock.

Suljovic cleans up the leg on double 7. That's probably his second favourite double. Love it!

Seven legs thrown, seven legs won with the darts.

Barney finishes 68 in two darts on double 4.

And they're now going off for a short break. That took me by surprise!

The first couple of legs were a bit twitchy for both players but they've found that treble 20, now.

It's a big game for Mensur and so far he's living up to the bill.

13-darter for Suljovic as he finishes on his favourite double - double 14.

He landed his third 180 of the match too.

    He's averaging a shade under 100.

*Mensur Suljovic 2-3 Raymond van Barneveld

Oh Mensur, that was your chance to break pal!

The big Austrian skews two attempts at double 10 just outside the wire and Barney holds his throw on double 8.

Suljovic is outscoring RvB at the moment - but it's the Dutchman who's in front.

Mensur Suljovic 2-2 Raymond van Barneveld*

    There's Mensur's famous 'air headbutt'.

It means he's won the leg on double tops.

But only after Barney just slipped the wrong side of double 16 to miss a 112 checkout.

The Austrian has hit two out of three attempts at double - superb.

*Mensur Suljovic 1-2 Raymond van Barneveld

It's an unusual way of taking out 82, but Van Barneveld won't mind!

He misses the bull, hits 19, and then hits treble 13, double 12.

All three legs have gone on throw.

An extra incentive for Mensur Suljovic if he gets through, it'll be his biggest payday in darts and he'll get a place at the Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton in November.

He's been unbelievable in the group stage and he seems to have settled in this match.

Mensur bangs in the first maximum of the match and takes out tops to make it one apiece.

Right in the middle of the double.

His finishing has been superb throughout this competition.
