Thomas Muller looks as though he is about to win the match for Germany but Kwadwo Asamoah brilliantly recovers to prevent a certain goal. The German striker is through one goal but, just as he pulls the trigger, Asamoah's lunging foot diverts the ball for a corner. Absolutely brilliant by the Ghanaian.

If this stays at 2-2 come the final whistle, the United States have the chance to go top of Group G against winless Portugal tomorrow. Not many people would have expected that.

Klose is ridiculous! The ultimate big tournament poacher.

Miroslav Klose's goal means he is now Germany's outright top scorer at the World Cup finals after previously being tied on 14 with Gerd Muller. The 36-year-old also becomes Germany's oldest ever goalscorer at the tournament. And he is only the third player to score at four World Cups along with Pele and fellow German Uwe Seeler.

Emmanuel Badu replaces Mohammed Rabiu for Ghana. They force a corner as they look to get their noses back in front but the substitute drags a shot wide from distance.

Ghana goalkeeper Fatawu Dauda reacts well to punch Miroslav Klose's cross clear with Thomas Muller waiting. Germany looked all over the place before Low's double substitution. Now it is Ghana hanging on.

Bastian Schweinsteiger curls a free-kick harmlessly over to give the Black Stars time to draw breath.

Miroslav Klose turned 36 at the start of this month and is now the equal record goal-scorer in World Cup history with 15, level with former Brazil striker Ronaldo.
