Steven Naismith is the man making way for Chris Martin. I suspect there will be a few more changes before the night is out.
So what do we know about this Chris Martin? The striker, 25, was born in England and played four times for England Under-19s, but his father is from Glasgow.
He has banged in 25 goals for the Rams this season, having started his career at Norwich.
Chris Martin is being readied for his Scotland debut. No, not the Coldplay frontman...
Scotland have played Nigeria once before, losing out 2-1 at Pittodrie in 2002.
Christian Dailly headed in an early goal but a double from Julius Aghahowa earned the visitors victory.
Full-back Robbie Stockdale made his Scotland debut that day and Gareth Williams was patrolling central midfield. Remember them?
Charles in Luton: "Nigerian players need to wake up and smell the coffee, World Cup start in few weeks. We need to show the world we rep Africa."
David McKenzie on Twitter: #bbcsportscot Good game for a friendly. Can't help but feel Scotland have a few more gears in their locker which is most encouraging"
Shaun Thorpe on Twitter: "If Mulgrew's goal was scored by messi Ronaldo or Zlatan it would be replayed and discussed every 5 mins #bbcsportscot"
Scotland enjoyed a bright spell following Charlie Mulgrew's clever opening goal and should maybe have had a second when Grant Hanley's header was ruled out for a soft foul on the keeper.
A second-string Nigeria have been suspect at the back but there have been a few lively performances and the Super Eagles finished the first half strongly as Michael Uchebo's deflected strike restored parity.
Scotland are living dangerously as half-time approaches as Charlie Mulgrew gives the ball away and a slip from Grant Hanley gives Shola Ameobi a glimpse at goal but the Nigeria striker blazes off target.
Scotland are unbeaten in their last five outings, winning four, but a fifth successive clean sheet is now out of the window.
The game is level as Scotland are guilty of backing away as Michael Uchebo gallops forward and the striker's shot takes a big deflection off Grant Hanley to deceive the diving Allan McGregor.
Shaun Maloney slips a dangerous cross in from right and Steven Naismith throws himself into a header on the edge of the six yard box but goalkeeper Austin Ejide and a defender in green combine to keep the ball out of the net.
Oh dear, it's not looking good for Scotland's Under-21's in Paisley. They trail the Netherlands 3-0 at half time.
Shola Ameobi, who is taking a lot of stick from you lot in social media world, latches on to a sharp cross from Ejike Uzoenyi but his stretching volley flies straight into the arms of Allan McGregor.
Grant Hanley leaps to meet a Scotland corner and heads the ball home as goalkeeper Austin Ejide makes a feeble attempt to gather the cross. Referee Lee Probert spares the Nigeria custodian's blushes by giving a very generous foul.
It's good to see Shaun Maloney back in a Scotland shirt, even if it is an awful one. The wee forward missed most of the season for Wigan with hip and back problems and hasn't played for his country since curling in a great free-kick in the 2-1 win in Macedonia last September.
Scotland spring a swift counter-attack, with Andrew Robertson getting forward from left-back. The ball is worked to Shaun Maloney but his shot from 20 yards whistles over the crossbar.
Ujike Uzoenyi has two efforts on goal in quick succession, the first effort curling wide and the second... Well, the less said about that one the better.
What about that strip? Is it growing on you?
Azubuike Egwuekwe is hacked down on the edge of the Scotland penalty area and Shola Ameobi steps up to balloon the free-kick well wide of the target.
The goal has given Scotland an extra skip in their step and Nigeria look very shaky at the back.
