Emily Pulham:, external Worst was sadly Rob Green's international career-killer v USA. Such a shame as I adored him at West Ham.

In 2010, with England leading 1-0, Green spilled a shot from Clint Dempsey into the net. The match ended 1-1 and the mistake proved crucial as England could only finish second in the group and therefore had to play Germany in the next round, losing 4-1.

  2. No concerns for the Dutchpublished at 11:21 British Summer Time 18 June 2014

Australia coach Ange Postecoglou has to reshuffle his defence because of a hamstring injury to Ivan Franjic that has ruled him out of the tournament. Central defender Ryan McGowan is expected to fill in at right-back.
