Liverpool can't get out. Cristiano Ronaldo is half-a-second away from steering in a clever scooped pass over the top from Luka Modric, and seconds later Karim Benzema repeats the trick, finding Marcelo scurrying into the box. He rifles in a volley which thuds against Simon Mignolet's chest. Got to be more goals in this one...
Ahmed Mohamed:, external Sanchez is currently covering defensive cracks in the team. Ohh how Liverpool could do with one
Kerry Peter Parvin:, external What a strike from Sanchez!!! He is unstoppable right now!!!
It remains an open and entertaining game at the Emirates, Dennis Praet going close for Anderlecht again at one end before Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain skins his man down the left and puts it on a plate in the middle - but Danny Welbeck can't convert.
If you won points for running around, Fabio Borini would be first-choice every week. No doubt about that Tom.
Tom in Newport: I can't begin to describe how much more lively Borini looks compared with Balotelli!
Almost a superb own goal! Kolo Toure does well to get a toe to a dropping ball over the top, but he lobs Simon Mignolet and has an anxious wait as the ball drops on to the roof of the net.

"Correct thing to do from Mignolet there with that free-kick.
"Punch it away and do not take any chances."
What a hit! Free-kick from 30 yards, Cristiano Ronaldo lines it up, the stadium waits - and bang! Like an arrow down the middle, so much pace on the ball but again Simon Mignolet stands up well and thumps the ball clear. He's having a good night so far.
In the battle of the managers emerging from the "honeymoon period", it is Neil Lennon's Bolton who have taken the lead against Russell Slade's Cardiff. Liam Feeney's poked shot has put Wanderers 1-0 up, as they look to climb out of the relegation zone.
Harry Bunn is continuing to make a name for himself at Huddersfield, as the 21-year-old equalises against Derby at Pride Park. 1-1 there.
Adam in Darlington: Alexis, so good he gets his own assists.
Magic. James Rodriguez with a £65m touch, like velcro to his instep as he somehow kills the ball and beats Kolo Toure in one fluid movement. They're very watchable, this Real side at times. Some lovely stuff, Toni Kroos the band leader from deep and soloists James, Ronaldo and Benzema in front of him.
Charles Nurick:, external Benzema has been in unbelievable form recently. A real unsung hero of Real. Would be outright star in a lot of other teams
Liverpool have played better than most expected but they're still 1-0 down. Can they summon a response? They do win a free-kick in a dangerous area but the delivery is very average. Got to do better there.
It's not exactly raining goals around Europe at the moment. However, there have been a couple in Turin where Juventus are currently 1-1 against Olympiakos. Andrea Pirlo, on his 100th Champions League appearance, curled home a trademark free-kick to put the Italian champions a goal to the good. But the Greeks equalised shortly after with a stooping header from Spanish defender Alberto Botia.

"A ridiculously good goal from Sanchez.
"The initial free kick wasn't great, The ball looped up and he hit a stinging volley into the corner on the rebound.
"Quite brilliant."
What a signing this lad is! Cracking goal from Alexis Sanchez. His free-kick hits the wall but spins back to him, 22 yards out, and with a lazy swing of his right peg he flashes a crunching volley past Silvio Proto and into the bottom corner. Tremendous finish.

"Just as Liverpool were getting comfortable there, the ball was played behind the centre backs and well finished.
"It wasn't an easy finish, but Benzema is a top-quality finisher."
That's what Real Madrid can do, from walking pace to the back of the net in seconds. Isco releases left-back Marcelo in space, he looks up and fires in a fantastic low cross to the back stick, Karim Benzema escapes from Kolo Toure and slides it into the roof of the net.
