"This is an intriguing passage of play right now. If Arsenal can get an equaliser then expect wave after wave of Gunners attacks. But if Spurs can withstand that pressure then they could break and get one of their own, and move towards winning three points on their travels.
"Arsene Wenger is getting a little frustrated, as are the supporters, who can see it's not really happening for Arsenal. But Spurs are doing the right thing, slowing the speed of the match down and killing off the game a little."
It is attack after attack as Arsenal try to find a way through the Tottenham defence. The Spurs backline is holding firm though, crowding out Alexis Sanchez inside the area as he got the ball trapped under his feet.
Haider Farouq:, external This game is kicking off! Take a bow Hugo Lloris.
Arsene Wenger responds to Tottenham's goal by taking off Jack Wilshere and replacing him with Alexis Sanchez. Aaron Lennon, meanwhile, replaces Christian Eriksen for Tottenham.
This game has a real derby atmosphere at the moment with both sets of fans taunting each other, as well as urging their own players on. Sets things up for a good final half-hour.

"And that is what Spurs manager Maurico Pochettino has been banging on about all night. Press Arsenal in possession. Christian Eriksen got a flea in his ear for not doing it earlier but that was textbook - pinched it off Mathieu Flamini and set up Nacer Chadli."
Great work from Hugo Lloris as he saves Per Mertesacker's downward header on the goalline as Arsenal try to respond immediately.
Sam Heaton:, external That'll teach me to slate a player. Fair play Nacer Chadli. That was an ice cold finish.

"It was a poor piece of play from Arsenal. They opted to play out from the back and Spurs pressed. Eriksen intercepted, Lamela played in Chadli and his finished was so composed.
"This game is fast, frenetic and a wonderful Premier League spectacle."
They've had few chances, but Tottenham capitalise on a mistake when it counts to take the lead. Mathieu Flamini loses possession to Christian Eriksen, who passes to Erik Lamela and he in turn finds Nacer Chadli, who coolly slots home. What will Arsenal's response be?
Adam Palethorpe:, external What is Arsene Wenger thinking with Alexis Sanchez? He played the full 90 minutes every game in a high tempo Chile team at the World Cup. Waste.
OneElNino:, external What's wrong with Spurs today? Look jaded and tired.
A good spell for Arsenal at the moment with Totteham players packing out their own box and just Erik Lamela in an advanced position. Surely not a tactic that can be sustained for a further 40 minutes?

"Arsenal, buoyed by enormous support within the Emirates this evening, will be encouraged to go forward. But that's dangerous - Tottenham could break with good numbers across the halfway line. If that does happen, Spurs need not to be wasteful."
A brilliant bit of passing between Mesut Ozil and Jack Wilshere just inside the Tottenham area sees the former with a sight of goal, but his powerful drive is pushed away by Hugo Lloris.
Arsenal's turn to attack follows soon after as a short corner is intercepted but Kieran Gibbs quickly wins back possession but blazes his cross high and wide. I say it was a cross, it may well have been a shot. Whatever it was, it was not great.
Calum Chambers nods behind Ryan Mason's cross as Tottenham attack straight from the restart, but the subsequent corner is headed away by Per Mertesacker.
The fans all seem happy with what they have seen so far and are still in great voice as Tottenham get matters back under way.
