Liverpool have another penalty appeal turned down, this time when Patrick van Aanholt tries to beat Jordan Henderson to the ball but handles in the process. Sunderland living a charmed life.
Tony Pulis makes five changes from the side that beat Gateshead 7-0 in the FA Cup for his first Premier League game in charge of West Brom. Ben Foster, Andre Wisdom, Joleon Lescott, Claudio Yacob and Brown Ideye all start.
But Hull City manager Steve Bruce goes even further, changing eight of his starting line-up that lost 2-0 at Arsenal on Sunday. Only Curtis Davies, Stephen Quinn and Maynor Figueroa keep their places, while Nikica Jelavic and Abel Hernandez are among those coming in.
West Brom XI: Foster, Wisdom, McAuley, Lescott, Baird, Yacob, Morrison, Brunt, Sessegnon, Berahino, Ideye.
Hull XI: McGregor, Figueroa, Bruce, Davies, Chester, Elmohamady, Meyler, Livermore, Quinn, Jelavic, Hernandez

Burnley name the same starting XI for the seventh-successive Premier League match, the first time that has happened in the top flight since Birmingham managed 12 games with the same team in 2009-10.
The big news for QPR is the return of Adel Tarrabt, to make his first league start of the season. The maverick Moroccan has made only two substitute appearances in the Premier League in 2014-15 and has not featured at all since October, when he had a public row with boss Harry Redknapp who accused him of being three stone overweight.
Taraabt hit back by posing for topless pictures and showing off his abs - it is a bit chilly at Turf Moor today but I reckon his shirt will be coming off if he scores.
Burnley XI: Heaton; Mee, Shackell (c), Keane, Trippier; Boyd, Jones, Marney, Arfield; Barnes, Ings.
QPR XI: Green, Isla, Dunne, Caulker, Hill, Vargas, Henry, Barton, Fer, Taarabt, Austin.
BBC Radio 5 live commentator Ian Dennis at Goodison Park
"I've spoken to the match commander and can confirm the game is definitely on at Goodison Park. They will continue to monitor the structure in the main stand but it goes ahead at 3pm as planned."
The home crowd jeer as Lazar Markovic takes longer to tie his shoelaces than Arsene Wenger does to zip up his coat. Finally the player is back to his feet and a free-kick is hammered into the wall by Mario Balotelli.
Derby go level on points with leaders Bournemouth. Not a bad afternoon's work.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho hands a first Premier League start to defender Kurt Zouma, who replaces Gary Cahill, while Petr Cech is also in the first XI. Thibaut Courtois and Cahill drop to the bench.
As expected, Tim Krul comes into goal for Newcastle after recovering from injury. Leading goalscorer Papiss Cisse and midfielder Cheick Tiote are both on Africa Cup of Nations duty.
Chelsea XI: Cech; Ivanovic, Zouma, Terry, Azpilicueta; Matic, Fabregas; Willian, Oscar, Hazard; Diego Costa.
Newcastle XI: Krul; Janmaat, Coloccini , Williamson, Dummett; Sissoko, Anita, Colback; Cabella, Perez, Gouffran.
Liverpool should be 4-0 up by now. Will they pay for their profligacy? Philippe Coutinho will hope not as he drags a shot wide with the keeper rooted. All he needed to do was roll it into the corner from the edge of the box. Brendan Rodgers reacts by sending on Mario Balotelli in place of Fabio Borini.

"Emre Can has looked impressive here. He, like Lazar Markovic, appears to have found his feet in the Premier League after an uncertain start to life."
Mario Balotelli is getting ready. As the wind howls and the temperature hovers in single figures, the striker takes his time to do his shin pads and socks.
John Eustace sees red for Derby after receiving a second yellow card of the game. Into six minutes of injury time though.
BBC Radio 5 live commentator Ian Dennis at Goodison Park
"Certain turnstiles at Goodison Park have not been opened because of a bit of flapping roof in the strong wind. It is being assessed by the match officials, Everton chief executive Robert Elstone and Merseyside police at the moment with safety the main concern here."
Manny Singh:, external Simon Mignolet doesn't do himself any favours. Liverpool need a quality keeper ASAP.
Jack Wycherley:, external Mignolet is a clown. Why didn't Liverpool get Victor Valdes - he's just going to Manchester United to sit on the bench!
Dan Zuco O'Brien:, external Sunderland go down to ten men and nearly score. Classic Liverpool.
The wind inside the Stadium of Light is almost bending the corner flags in half. Sunderland just need to lump the high balls in and take advantage of the conditions and Simon Mignolet's uncertainty. It might be ugly, but a point here would be beautiful for the Black Cats.
Sunderland are feeling a bit aggrieved. Philippe Coutinho who was booked in the first half for failing to retreat at a free-kick does the same thing again but this time escapes punishment. The Black Cats are feeling wronged.

In-form QPR striker Charlie Austin spent two-and-a-half years at Burnley before moving to Loftus Road in 2013 and there is clearly much at Turf Moor that is still familiar to him - he took time out to have a chat with a car-park attendant and a security guard on his way off the team coach and into the away dressing room.
Austin, who has fired 12 goals in 18 games for Rangers this season to take him into the England reckoning, was just as prolific during his spell with the Clarets, firing 41 goals in 69 league starts - I think the home fans will be pleased if he draws a blank this time though.
Into the last 10 minutes at Portman Road where Ipswich need two goals if they are to go temporarily top, ahead of Bournemouth's home match against Norwich. Chris Martin's second-half strike for Derby looks like being enough to send the Rams ahead of the Tractor Boys into second.
Adam Johnson has really lifted it since the sending-off and his jinking run is ended by Jordan Henderson. Booking. Then Dejan Lovren smashes into Patrick van Aanholt and also sees yellow.

"It was good possession from Sunderland in the build up to that chance, and a fine strike from Adam Johnson which swerved and deceived Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet who looked like he had already committed with himself."
How did that not go in? Adam Johnson catches one sweet as a nut from 25 yards out and the swerve totally deceives Liverpool goalkeeper who falls over backwards in the manner of a Saturday night drunk as the ball smashes back off the crossbar. What a strike.
