Tottenham are 18 minutes from Wembley. This tie is fizzling out but Spurs won't mind. This has been a professional job by Mauricio Pochettino's side.

I've lost count of the number of chances Harry Kane has had. It's got to be approaching double figures. He's taken over free-kick duties from Christian Eriksen but his set-piece is comfortably saved. United's Jose Baxter then produces a terrific challenge to deny Ryan Mason a certain goal. And still no sign of a Sheffield goal.

What's all the fuss about Christian Eriksen? The Danish midfielder slams another free-kick into the Blades wall. His goal, however, means Tottenham are 25 minutes away from a first Wembley final for six years.

As if this game needed any more drama, it appears Gabi has been sent off at half-time - leaving Atletico with 10 men. A tough task ahead now.

This is not a night to be a substitute. The snow is bucketing down and it's freezing. There's a flurry of activity on the Spurs bench, with Brazilian midfielder Paulinho about to come on.

That's five yellow cards now in this game as Ryan Flynn kicks Mousa Dembele. Still some way to go to match the number of cautions in Tuesday's Chelsea v Liverpool semi.

A roar goes up from the home fans as Jamie Murphy is sent sprawling by Mousa Dembele after the League One players had comfortably beaten his Premier League opponent. Unfortunately for United the free-kick comes to nothing.

Another chance for Harry Kane who continues his 'shoot on sight' policy. It's an easy save for Mark Howard. That's at least half a dozen chances for the young Spurs forward.

It might be raining goals in Spain but Tottenham will feel they should be further ahead at Bramall Lane. The first-half stats show Mauricio Pochettino's side had 12 shots in the opening 45 minutes, with seven on target. In contrast, Sheffield United have had a total of two shots, with one on target.

A lightning-fast break from Barcelona ends with Neymar skipping round the keeper and the Catalans move 4-2 ahead on aggregate. However, Atletico are angry because the break came following an apparent handball by a Barcelona defender in the six-yard box at the other end. Game-changing.
