Claudio Marchisio plays the ball to Carlos Tevez, who takes the ball in his stride, beats defender Guillermo Rodríguez and nutmegs keeper Rafael.

Juventus are definitely going five points clear of Roma at the top.

That's Robert Pereyra's first Serie A goal for Juventus, the 24-year-old joining on loan from Udinese in the summer.

His first goal for the club was on Thursday. Against Verona.

Giorgio Chiellini plays the ball into Roberto Pereyra, who smashes the ball beyond Rafael at his near post. Definitely game over now.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:03 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2015

It's Javier Saviola time for Verona as the Argentine - who I'm pretty sure was one of the new Diego Maradonas - comes on for Jacopo Sala.

Lazaros Christodoulopoulos - who wears Lazaros on the back of his jersey in presumably a cost-saving exercise - runs at the Juventus defence but then his weak shot is easily saved by Gianluigi Buffon.

Maybe a wake-up call for Juventus as that was almost game on.

Poor play by Juventus striker Alvaro Morata who breaks forward, he has time to pick out Carlos Tevez with precision but his cross is too quick for the Argentine, who heads wide.

His goalscoring record for Rochdale wasn't quite good enough sadly.

Alvaro Morata fires a shot wide for Juventus. It's the first thing to happen in this game for a while.

Neil: Javier Saviola... Voted in the top 100 living players by Pele in 2004.

What a list that was! If you don't remember it and are wondering how bad it was, El Hadji Diouf was named in it...

AJR: How do you know Juve will 100% win (see half-time entry)? Verona still have a chance, albeit 0.0000001%.

    I rounded up.

Speaking of the Africa Cup of Nations, Paul Pogba's brother Florentin - who plays for St Etienne - is in the Guinea squad.

The third Pogba, Mathias - who used to play for Wrexham and Crewe and is currently at Pescara, has been capped by the National Elephant but is not in their squad.

    Paul plays for France.

Down in Equatorial Guinea, Cape Verde have just equalised in their Africa Cup of Nations game with Tunisia. Sporting Lisbon striker Heldon is the man who has levelled it up from the spot with 13 minutes left.

Over in Spain, Elche are 1-0 up on Levante and it's scoreless in Sevilla v Malaga.

Sporting Lisbon are also goalless against Rio Ave across the border in Portugal.
