Here's some line-ups from Juventus v Verona, which has just kicked off. We will shift our focus there in five minutes.
A ball is fizzed into the box and and defender Alberto Lopo kicks the ball straight at Deportivo team-mate Sidnei and it flies beyond keeper Fabricio Agosto.
It may be Sidnei's own goal but it's Lopo's fault.
NCFCinside: I don't appreciate that little dig at Grant Holt - he scores goals for fun. All the goals.
It's not 2012 anymore.
Corner to Barcelona as a Lionel Messi shot is deflected wide. Comes to nothing though.
Deportivo make a change - Haris Medunjanin is replaced by Lucas Perez on his return from injury.
There's not much to tell you about at the moment. A bit of head tennis at the moment. Maybe not what you'd expect for Deportivo v Barcelona.
Brads: Doesn't get any better than this! Fourth game of the day, Messi majestic and Juve to come.
Tom Holmes: Are we saying Messi isn't the runaway best player in the world?
I don't think there's loads between him and Cristiano Ronaldo. Whichever one is in better form at the time edges it for me. Lionel Messi would have won every Ballon d'Or going a decade ago.
European football writer Andy West on Twitter
"When Messi plays like this, the whole Messi vs Ronaldo debate isn't even a debate. So good to see Messi playing like this again. His last two performances have been better than anything we saw from him in 2014. Would be fascinating to discover exactly what has inspired Messi's rediscovered motivation in the last week or so. Enrique row? That simple?"
There is no other period of my life in which Lionel Messi wouldn't be the runaway best player in the world.
Pedro comes on for Neymar, meaning Lionel Messi will be given the last 20 minutes to go for a fourth.
Deportivo bring on joint top scorer Toche for Oriol Riera. Unfortunately for Depor, two league goals gets you that status.
Barcelona make a change with Sergio Busquets coming off (slowly) for Marc Bartra. It's a double switch in fact as Andres Iniesta is replaced by Rafinha.
A short corner has worked magically here. Lionel Messi tips the corner to Ivan Rakitic, who plays the ball back to the Argentine. Messi breaks into the box and shoots from the corner of the box.
Game over.
Oriol Riera marks his first start for Deportivo following a loan move from Wigan with a yellow card for an elbow in the face of Sergio Busquets.
Like Grant Holt without the goals. Oh wait, exactly like Grant Holt.
Deportivo almost pull one back with Juan Dominguez's acrobatic shot under pressure from Gerard Pique saved well by Barcelona keeper Claudio Bravo, who had probably forgotten he was playing.
Andres Iniesta makes the wrong decision. A sentence you won't read too much.
Barca zip a few passes together and Neymar finds the midfielder out wide left in the box. The Spain midfielder takes an age to decide what to do with it, as all the momentum drains out of the attack and then passes to a Deportivo player.
Just noticed an odd tweet by the Bundesliga. Borussia Dortmund are second from bottom, in the relegation zone - I'd imagine the last thing on their mind is a Europa League spot.
Neymar pulls the ball across to Luis Suarez and his effort in a good position is high and wide. Maybe he'll start scoring tonnes of goals again if Brendan Rodgers takes over at the Nou Camp.
Ah Haris Medunjanin, you idiot. The ball comes to the Deportivo player with his back to goal in the box, he holds off Javier Mascherano and then has two choices - have a shot from about eight yards out or fall to the floor in a misguided attempt to win a penalty.
You can probably guess which option he took.
While I was battling with cauliflower - surely the most joyless of vegetables - Deportivo were making a change. José Rodríguez, on loan from Real Madrid, comes on for Ivan Cavaleiro.
Before I can wolf back my canteen food, Barcelona get the second half going.
