After a Jonjo Shelvey cross to an unmarked Ki Sung-yeung led to the Swans' opener, you would think Manchester United have learned their lesson. They haven't. The pair combine again as Ki, again allowed to ghost into the United area, almost pokes past David De Gea. The Spain keeper goes loco at his derfence - and rightly so.

Swansea, like the first half, start brightly as Bafetimbi Gomis strays offside as he looks to latch onto a through ball.

  3. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

Everybody is back in position. We have 22 players, three match officials and a 20,000 plus crowd. Game on.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

Antonio Valencia was limbering up at the break - and he is the new United face at the start of the second half. The Ecuadorian right-back replaces Paddy McNair to provide more attacking threat down the flank, I'd imagine.

Manchester United's players are back out for the second half - well before their opponents. And there looks to be a change in the offing from Louis van Gaal....

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:59 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

    Premier League table

So what's the main significance of the other top-flight matches on this game? It has got to be over in South London, where Arsenal are leapfrogging Manchester United into third place as things stand.

Swansea will remain ninth if nothing else changes (unlikely I know) because nearest rivals Stoke are being held to a draw at Aston Villa.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Wales Sport at Liberty Stadium

"It's been an entertaining first half at the Liberty Stadium, and both sets of fans seem to think so too as they have contributed to a lively atmosphere in Swansea.

"One of the most notable spectators here is Warren Gatland, head coach of Wales' national rugby team and the man who led the British and Irish Lions to a series win in Australia in 2013.

"Did the New Zealander think the Ospreys - co-tenants at the Liberty Stadium - were playing?"

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

Former Republic of Ireland winger Kevin Kilbane
    Final Score

"The tempo to today's game is very different to how Swansea have played recently. Their recent results have been largely based on strong defensive performances but they are really attacking Manchester United and should be leading at the break.

Tony Pepper: Will Phil Jones ever be the commanding leader Man United need in the centre of defence? Doesn't look likely at the moment

George Watkins: Man United's defence terrible? I think you'll find we've conceded less than most of the league. And with Tyler Blackett..

Colinho: Robin van Persie has been okay this season but looking at him you can tell he's past his peak.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

It is hard to guess which manager will be happiest at the break - Swansea's Garry Monk or Manchester United's Louis van Gaal?

Swansea are arguably playing better, so Monk may be disappointed that his team aren't ahead. And Van Gaal may be asking in the away changing room how they managed to lose their one-goal advantage in a blink of an eye.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

One minute of additional time passes rather uneventfully, United's defence repelling a deep Swansea free-kick hoisted into the box. Referee Neil Swarbrick has a quick look at his watch before giving a shrill of his whistle to signal half-time.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

Here's what the home fans were desperate to see (other than a second Swansea goal of course) - a yellow card for Marouane Fellani. The Belgium midfielder clips at the heels of Jack Cork for the umpteenth time and sees a flash of yellow brandished in his face.

But the set-piece comes to nothing. Angel Di Maria's high centre from the left corner flag is claimed by a grateful Lukasz Fabianski as the Swans survive.

  14. Postpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

United left-back Luke Shaw has spent more time in the Swansea half than his own. And the England man bursts forward again, teasing opposite full-back Kyle Naughton before winning United's first corner of the match off the Swansea man's legs....

  15. Postpublished at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

United boss Louis van Gaal squints in the South Wales sunshine as his side attack again. But they cannot find a gap in the sturdy Swans defence and are forced to go back before going forward again...

  16. Final fivepublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

Five minutes left for either side to nick an advantage before they take a breather. United right-back Paddy McNair thinks he has forced a corner - he hasn't according to the officials.

  17. Postpublished at 15:40 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

"Handball!" cry the home fans as Robin van Persie controls Angel Di Maria's lofted, square pass. Hmmm, I'm not having that. It doesn't mater anyway as the Dutchman scuffs his volley harmlessly wide.

Still more Manchester United possession as the clock ticks towards half-time. Another cross from the left flank is headed down by the spongy head of Marouane Fellaini, but a white Swansea shirt is perfectly placed to nod clear.

    Please, no more Ki/key puns...

Pundit de Satge: Ki unlocking the door to United's defence. Sorry, had to be done.

Bright Eugene: It seems Swansea has the Ki to Manchester United's defence. They couldn't keep their lead for more than 60 seconds.

Jeremiah Kariuki: A classic touch for the goal by Herrera. But that doesn't change the fact that Man U are awful especially at defence!
