Vytautas Andriuskevicius gets a warm round of applause but he's in a lot of pain as he leaves the field, there will be a few minutes added on for that stoppage. Raheem Sterling is fine to continue.

Rickie Lambert had an England debut like Harry Kane's, scoring with his first real touch. It's a good habit to have.
