MOTD commentator Simon Brotherton at KC Stadium

"Chelsea haven't had their usual swagger at times lately, but a three-point lead with two games in hand at this stage of the season should be more than enough to see them crowned champions again.

"Especially since Manchester City don't give the appearance of a team capable of applying any pressure on the leaders.

"Hull's improved form and tighter defending has continued with a couple of wins and just one defeat in five matches. It's given them renewed belief and a decent chance of staying up, although they're still in the mix near the bottom, just three points above the relegation zone."

My questions for you are fairly simple, can anyone stop Chelsea winning the title? Are they the best team in England by some distance?

And here's another two: Are Hull going down? Or are they better than the three promoted sides who are the current bottom three?

Let's get straight into team news.

Chelsea make two changes from their 1-1 draw with Southampton. At the back, Filipe Luis replaces Cesar Azpilicueta, who drops to the bench, and Ramires is in for fellow Brazilian Oscar in midfield.

Hull City also make two tweaks from their goalless draw with Leicester. Tom Huddlestone was sent off in that game so is suspended, David Meyler replaces him. Up front Nikica Jelavic is out for six weeks following knee surgery so Abel Hernandez comes into the team.

Hull: McGregor, Dawson, Bruce, McShane, Elmohamady, Livermore, Meyler, Ramirez, Robertson, N'Doye, Hernandez. Subs: Rosenior, Davies, Brady, Sagbo, Harper, Aluko, Quinn.

Chelsea: Courtois, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Luis, Fabregas, Matic, Willian, Ramires, Hazard, Costa. Subs: Cech, Zouma, Oscar, Remy, Cuadrado, Azpilicueta, Loftus-Cheek.

It was like "something out of Swan Lake" Steve Bruce fumed after Hull's 2-0 defeat by Chelsea back in December.

Two Chelsea players were booked for diving but when Gary Cahill, who already had a yellow card, committed the same offence he was not shown a second card.

BBC's pundits weren't happy. Garth Crooks said referee Chris Foy "bottled it", John Hartson said "it is not on" and Robbie Savage added "it just has to stop".
