  1. Countdown to kick-offpublished at 14:48 British Summer Time 3 April 2015

Grey skies, sodden grass - it looks like a standard afternoon in Middlesbrough. The action at the Riverside will be our main focus in the next couple of hours, as the hosts look to go top - and stick the boot further into relegation-threatened Wigan. Latics skipper Emmerson Boyce looks focused as he leads his troops through their final warm-ups.

  2. Manager previewpublished at 14:42 British Summer Time 3 April 2015

Norwich manager Alex Neil talking to Sky Sports: "Brighton's defensive record has been good. They have been dangerous on the counter attack as well. We are well prepared though and it is about the performance. We have won 10 out of 15 and it is about maintaining that."

So less than 30 minutes to go before the Championship's afternoon matches are under way and no doubt the nerves will be jangling around the country. Big chance for Middlesbrough to move top with a win at home to struggling Wigan - maybe only temporarily though as Watford and Bournemouth play later.

  18. League Two previewpublished at 14:00 British Summer Time 3 April 2015

The top three are all in action today, with leaders Burton hoping to keep their noses ahead of the rest with a win at Plymouth, who are in the final play-off place as things stand.

Second-placed Shrewsbury are at home to mid-table Dagenham and Redbridge, while Wycombe, third by virtue of goal difference, entertain Oxford United.

Cheltenham are propping up the table but will want three vital points from their trip to fellow strugglers York while Tranmere, a point ahead of the bottom team, visit Stevenage.

  19. League One previewpublished at 13:59 British Summer Time 3 April 2015

Time to cast our eyes over the third and fourth tiers...

League One leaders Bristol City, 10 points clear at the top of the division, could take a big step towards automatic promotion if they return from Oldham with three points, but Latics are not totally out of the running for a play-off spot themselves.

Second-placed Preston entertain north-west rivals Rochdale, who are one point off the play-offs themselves. Out of the clubs currently occupying a play-off spot, only sixth-placed Chesterfield are in action today, away at League Two basement boys Yeovil.
