Gareth Barry off, Kevin Mirallas on. More attacking from the Toffees?
Peter Collins: Newcastle fans just had a collective heart attack. Relegation a very, very real possibility now.
R. El Jumaili: Goal just as I was thinking Martinez is not the man to take EFC forward. With those players 11th is a massive underachievement.
Lee Cattermole avoids a card when he brings down James McCarthy. Does every Sunday paper in the land have their match marks ready in advance? 'L Cattermole 7 (booked)'
Our chief football writer Phil McNulty is at St James' Park for Newcastle's vital game against West Brom. He has been asking for views from Newcastle fans on Twitter on the current state of the club and what can be done to change the situation.
Here are some of your answers.
Fergie: Ashley needs to get in a good coach and upgrade the squad but most importantly needs to take the cups seriously.
Clowes: A team that looks remotely interested in surviving a relegation battle would be a start.
BrianN: Not make it so obvious that mid-table football is the owner's overall game.
Stepan Benyovszky: The only realistic chance Newcastle have got of staying up is that not enough teams below them match those 35 points.
Josh Oliver: Really hope Burnley and QPR pull off a miracle escape. Sunderland and Newcastle deserve to go down, awful this year.
Before Newcastle's vital match against West Brom, BBC World Service will have interviews with former Newcastle defenders Nikos Dabizas and Oliver Bernard to discuss what is going wrong at St James' Park.
A Ronaldo-like run into the box from Patrick van Aanholt but it's an Ade Akinbiyi-like finish from the full-back who does all the hard work but slices wide.
So, Sunderland are up to 14th in the Premier League table - as it stands. This could be a big afternoon in the Premier League. Very big. When that goal went in, Black Cats manager Dick Advocaat didn't celebrate... instead issuing tactical instructions to one of his players. Job's not done yet.

"It was a counter-attack. Seb Larsson put the ball across, Jordi Gomez had the shot and after the deflection Tim Howard can't reach it. The Sunderland fans go wild. Danny Graham will be claiming that. He doesn't know anything about but when you haven't scored in 26 games you'll claim anything."
Look away now Newcastle fans. Sunderland take the lead with an almighty slice of luck. Jordi Gomez's shot is heading wide before taking a deflection off the oblivious Danny Graham and looping over Tim Howard. Massive.
Fourteen minutes left at Portman Road. Who's going to be toasting victory in East Anglia tonight? If anyone?

Shane Daly: I wonder if Everton fans are still thinking Martinez is better than David Moyes?
Sam Lewis: Sunderland's midfield three are simply not picking up Everton's full-backs.
Cas Obiero: Everton only rise to the occasion when facing big teams. Time for the club to reassess its ambitions.
Everton must have had a half-time rocket. They go close again but Romelu Lukaku's header is not on target. Sunderland might think this is their day.

Match of the Day commentator
"Aston Villa have looked like a completely different team in the last few weeks, such has been the improvement so far under Tim Sherwood. It's hard to believe it's the same group of players who laboured for so long under the previous regime.
"They've played well and, after struggling in front of goal for most of the season, have scored 17 times in the last 10 games. So positivity is in the air in B6 and there's the FA Cup final to come but Villa are still only two points above the relegation zone.
"West Ham's season started brightly, leading to talk of challenging for a European place, but that seems a long time ago now.
"It's five months since they won back-to-back games in the league, and last week's narrow win over Burnley was only their third victory in 18 matches."
Apologies, I should have put the next post through earlier...
The first Everton corner is deflected for another, and the second one goes just wide via Phil Jagielka's head. And I mean, just wide.
C T Mann: For Hull City my manifesto is confirm Hull City as the official club name. Agree reciprocal away ticket prices with all clubs in the league. Invest ASI money in Hull City fans. Introduce fan representation on the board. Unite players, fans & club behind a single vision.
Jonny, Bradford: Would definitely have to be a summer take over by wealthy businessmen, crowd of around 13,000 for a League One team and season tickets priced at £149 for adults. Oh, looks like that's been done anyway...
Seamus Coleman drives Sunderland forward in his usual barnstorming way down the right. Wins the corner, then tracks back to position. Job done.
