Arturo Vidal with a death or glory tackle in the box! He gets that one bang on but it's a corner - and Gareth Bale heads it over the top.

  3. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 21:19 British Summer Time 13 May 2015

Risky business from Patrice Evra, a barge in the back of Javier Hernandez and a nervous glance at the officials...no penalty given. A slip from the Mexican as he turned in the box.

    Captivating stuff.

  4. CLOSE!published at 21:18 British Summer Time 13 May 2015

    Another chance for Gareth Bale!

Cristiano Ronaldo stands up a cross, Bale climbs high at the far post, head it down, DOWN! But he can only head it over the bar.

A huge chance. There's no getting away from that one - he should score. The crowd start a chorus of whistling...

Will Juventus be made to rue that opportunity? Seconds after the restart Gareth Bale flashes a half-chance wide from an angle. He'll keep swinging...

Andrew Tarpey: If that Morata goal puts Juve through, I wouldn't be surprised if the De Gea signing is done tomorrow. Terrible from Casillas

Abhinav Reddy: Iker Casillas: From La Decima to total decimation in the space of one year.

  7. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:15 British Summer Time 13 May 2015

Casillas and VidalImage source, Getty Images

Iker Casillas comes up with a big save! That is a huge moment, but he shouldn't have had a chance. Juventus slice Real Madrid in half, Arturo Vidal plays in Claudio Marchisio and he has all the time in the world. One on one, he can see the whites of Casillas's eyes but his low shot is well saved by the Real legend!

Credit where it's due, a top save. But Marchisio should have buried that.

  8. Postpublished at 21:13 British Summer Time 13 May 2015

Great strike! James Rodriguez takes aim from 25 yards and hits an absolute peach onto the roof of the net. Gigi Buffon was a total spectator!

We are on for a fine final 25 minutes. Remember, a goal for Real Madrid and we will have extra-time.

Gareth Bale is whistled by more fans after a really poor touch sees him run the ball out of play. Karim Benzema comes off and on comes Javier Hernandez - he loves a goal off the bench.

A hushed quiet over the Bernabeu as replays show the limits of Iker Casillas's goalkeeping for that Juventus equaliser. It was straight at him.

What is of no doubt is that David De Gea would have saved it. I think John O'Shea might have saved it.

Gareth Bale! What a chance that is! The Welshman has his head in his hands as he volleys wide from close range. Lovely move involving James Rodriguez and Marcelo but Bale can't convert.

By the way, not celebrating a goal in the Champions League semi-finals? Have a word with Alvaro Morata someone! He's scored in both legs and not celebrated either of them. Real binned you off pal!

Juventus celebrate their equaliserImage source, Getty Images

Big! A massive goal! Wow! Alvaro Morata refuses to celebrate against his old club but he has put Juventus right back in control of the tie.

Real keeper Iker Casillas does nothing to cover himself in glory, punching away a free-kick, it's headed back in, Paul Pogba nods it down and Morata is a picture of composure, chesting the ball down and hitting it hard into the ground. Even then Casillas should save it but the ball is through him in a flash.

    Juventus lead...

We have entered the 'cagey' zone. Juventus seeing more and more of the ball, Real sitting back and letting them have it.

The longer the game goes on, the more you feel the next goal is absolutely key.
