Big call from Slaven Bilic as 16-year-old Reece Oxford starts in midfield for West Ham against Arsenal. 

For the Gunners, Petr Cech makes his Premier League debut for the club while Alexis Sanchez is on the bench.

Arsenal XI: Cech; Debuchy, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal; Coquelin, Ramsey; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ozil, Cazorla; Giroud.

West Ham XI: Adrian; Tomkins, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Oxford, Noble, Kouyate; Payet, Zarate, Sakho.

"As a footballer you look at Swansea and you want to play for them. They have an attractive style of play.

"Kyle Naughton is an example of a good players who had been, you could argue, discarded by his previous club, but he did really well against Eden Hazard yesterday. He’s slotted in at right-back and has rediscovered his career again."

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has made his desire to add defensive strength to his squad clear, having already had a bid rejected for Everton defender John Stones.

"With Mourinho's way of thinking about defensive players, he wants players who have made their mistakes somewhere else. There lies his problems because the price goes up. Look at Stones and he is thinking Stones and Zouma down the line. Unless you break the bank it is a real struggle."

"What I don't understand is why didn't Jose Mourinho stop the doctor going on? You can understand his anger it in a way but Jose is brilliant at this. We are talking about it now and and by Monday, everybody will have forgotten they dropped two points."

How will Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho be feeling today, having criticised his "naive" medical staff following the 2-2 draw at home to Swansea on Saturday?

"Jose Mourinho was probably a bit raging at the time and it’s definitely something he would be regretting saying now. The medical staff have been very loyal to Chelsea over the years."

Exasperation? Frustration? Resignation? It has not taken long for this familiar look on Jose Mourinho's face.

The Chelsea boss was pressed for his opinion on Thibaut Courtois' sending off on Saturday, but was keeping his feelings to himself.

He did, however, have a pop at his medical staff...
