This is getting very, very scrappy. Eric Dier is rightly booked for a late lunge on Ross Barkley.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez looks as though he thinks Dier has been booked before... Referee Mike Jones runs over to the touchline to show him his note pad to prove he hasn't.

Nabil Bentaleb gives the ball away cheaply to Arouna Kone and he is cautioned for tugging him back.

Dele Alli again. Now, he has a chance to fire the hosts ahead after another poor touch from Gareth Barry but he scuffs his shot horribly from close range.

Mousa Dembele can't continue after injuring his ankle. He is replaced in central midfield by Dele Alli.

The hosts are now well on top. Mousa Dembele works his way to the bye-line on the left but his ball back into the penalty area just evades Harry Kane.

As Dembele stays down in pain, clutching his ankle, the game goes on and Nacer Chadli scuffs a shot well wide. Looks ominous for Dembele - he has hardly moved.

The word from the Everton dressing room, according to BBC Sport's Jonathan Pearce, is that Tom Cleverley's ankle injury is serious.
