Bright start from Everton as Tom Cleverley and Romelu Lukaku link up inside Tottenham's penalty area but the latter is crowded out. 

Tottenham hope home advantage will prove key at White Hart Lane. It hasn't proved the case in the Premier League so far this campaign...

Manchester City are the only home winners in the top flight so far today, while there have only been seven home wins out of 37 in the league this campaign.

Incredible stuff.

Chelsea's 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace only raises the suspicions that the Blues might move again for John Stones before the close of the transfer window on Tuesday.

Is the Everton man in the right frame of mind to play today, despite wanting to leave? We will find out.

Tottenham are winless so far in the league this season and the last time they failed to win any of their opening four league matches of the season was in 2008-09, which ultimately led to the sacking of manager Juande Ramos.
