Kris Commons leans back and powers a shot high over the Malmo bar. The attacking midfielder just didn't get hold of that effort there. It sums up the Scots' frustration.
JD Edinburgh: "John Collins was right, pity they have not played the league leaders Hearts who would show how to play with pace and creativity."
Jim, Motherwell: I won't be back at Celtic Park until Ronny Delia has been removed - time and time again he has shown he is tactically inept and totally incapable of creating a winning team! We will be lucky to lift the SPL this year!
Andy in Dundee: "Celtic sum up the whole of Scottish football, decidedly average."
Kilmarnock 3-1 Berwick Rangers (Craig Slater, 77 mins)
Charlie Mulgrew gets a bit too physical with Jo Inge Berget as his former Celtic team-mate makes towards the visitors' box. Celtic goalie Craig Gordon punches the resultant free-kick clear.
Forfar Athletic 0-1 Hearts (Kevin McHattie, 74 mins)
East Fife make the breakthrough when Kyle Wilkie outmuscles Louis Laing on the touch line then feeds Nathan Austin, who curls a shot past Connor Ripley from the edge of the area.
And in fact it's Nir Bitton who goes off. All eyes on Nadir Ciftci to conjure up a goal chance or two.
It looks like striker Nadir Ciftci is going to come on for Celtic. Surely Leigh Griffiths will stay on so that Celtic have two up front?
Israeli midfielder Nir Bitton barges Jo Inge Berget to the ground and Malmo have time to ponder what to do with a free-kick 40 yards from the Celtic goal.
Raith Rovers 1-1 Hamilton Academical (Christian Nade, 66 mins)
Queen of South 0-1 Greenock Morton (Ross Forbes, 69 mins)
Kilmarnock 2-1 Berwick Rangers ((Rory McKenzie, 70 mins)
BBC Scotland's Chris McLaughlin in Malmo
"I'm sure I was alone in thinking it was all over last week when Celtic were two up and cruising after nine minutes and the ball fell to Johansen who was one on with the keeper..."
BBC Scotland football pundit Pat Bonner
"Celtic need to do something just to change it, just to do something to get back into this game. Malmo have an extra gear and their touch is more assured. Celtic are running out of ideas."
Scott, Edinburgh: "I'm an Accies fan backing Celtic as the Scottish team here, but all I can see is a frail, uncreative Celtic who look nervous when Malmo get in about them. Scottish teams take note."
Gerry T: "Why Charlie Mulgrew is allowed to play for Celtic FC is beyond me particularly in Europe, he is an absolute liability with no awareness of his defensive responsibilities."
So, Malmo lead this play-off tie 4-3 on aggregate. Celtic need to score twice without reply to go through. They have about half an hour to do so.
Now, such has been the pace of the action in the second half, I haven't had a chance to describe Craig Gordon's superb double save just before Malmo scored their second. First the giant keeper parried a fizzing shot by Vladimir Rodic from 16 yards, then got to his feet to make an even better save from Markus Rosenberg, who shook his head in disbelief.
East Fife 1-0 Motherwell (Nathan Austin, 60 mins)
Felipe Carvalho claimed Malmo's second goal, getting the merest of touches with his head to the corner kick from the left. But the goal will be "credited" to Dedryck Boyata, who couldn't do too much apart from divert it past his own goalkeeper.
