  1. 'Ingredients to be tricky'published at 19:18

Dinamo Zagreb v Arsenal (19:45 BST)

"We will give our best [to win the Champions League]," Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger told BT Sport.  "There are two competitions really - the group where you want to get out in a strong position and then a cup competition. Now, let's get good results.

"Overall, an international is rested and another international comes in so for me it is not a big change.

"We will approach it correctly but, even if we do so, it will be a difficult game. It has all the ingredients to be tricky."

We are asking why an English team will win the Champions League this season:

Steven Traynor:  They fielded 11 non-English players

Calvin Z Delius:  Because Messi, Bale, Robben, Muller, Pogba, Benzema, Neuer, Lewandowski, Suarez, Neymar Vidal, etc. all get injured

Ahmad Raza Mustafa:  Because the Red Devils are in the battle and now orders have to run

Of course, Theo Walcott has form here. Back in 2008, he visited the Stadion Maksimir with England. And scored a hat-trick.

Three Lions fans will also remember a different visit to this stadium, when Paul Robinson let a Gary Neville back-pass go under his foot and into the bat of the net. Not his finest moment...

  7. 'Time to unleash Theo'published at 19:13

Dinamo Zagreb v Arsenal (19:45 BST)

Wouldn't it be nice if Theo Walcott became the goalscoring striker that he has so often threatened to turn into?

Gunners legend Ian Wright certainly hopes so - and he wants the England man to get an extended run up front.

"Everyone's had their say on Arsenal's failure to bring in another striker and now I hope that Theo Walcott is given a genuine run of games up there," Wright told The Sun.

"The Gunners will always create chances and I feel it's time to unleash Theo and let him prove he can do it.

"The challenge is for the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla to release him as quickly as possible whe he makes those runs."

"You are going to go through tough spells. Everyone thought Man City would run away with the league but after last night people might say they will have one or two issues.

"It's just about riding those waves. The Chelsea fans want to be entertained. I haven't watched a Chelsea game in a while where I've though 'that's them back to their best'."

The main jist of Jose's beef yesterday was his disliking of a question querying his record at previous clubs once/if he reaches a third season.

At one point, Mourinho retorted: "Click Google, instead of making stupid questions, click Google and try to find."

Is Jose building up to a dramatic exit from Stamford Bridge? Or will he ride out the storm? We're asking that very question in a vote at the top of this page.

Is this Arsenal's year? It's got to happen at some point, surely? Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is keen to finally reel in the big one - that's for sure.

"My drive to win the Champions League is immense," said the Frenchman. "It's never been done at Arsenal. We have to put hard work in."

He added: "Our last visit [to play Dinamo Zagreb] was a very tough game. We needed to be patient against a very strong side.

"We have to play at our best to beat them. They have not lost a game for 11 months."

    'Get behind Giroud'

    Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on BBC 5 live

"I am a fan of Giroud and I think Arsenal fans should get behind him. For Arsenal he is the perfect fit.

"It's the three behind him who should have the responsibility on their shoulders. Sanchez, Ramsey and Ozil are the match-winners and the ones that are possibly going to push Arsenal to a good position in the league.

"Giroud is the sort of player who brings those players into the game. And he's still going to get you 15 goals a season."
