"Vardy's form is incredible. If he is fit and raring to go he should start for England, because how often will he be on a goalscoring run like this? At the moment, Leicester are on course to be joint-top of the league."

"When you think how this team used to attack three or four years ago and the number of opportunities they used to create, it's staggering to see them now. But they look like they're going to win the game and be near the top of the league."

Hull City and Brighton are neck and neck at the top of the Championship table as it stands.

The Tigers lead fourth-placed Middlesbrough 1-0 thanks to Mohamed Diame's goal while Brighton still lead MK Dons 2-1. Hull are currently top thanks to a superior goal difference.

There's a surprise at the bottom where Charlton, without a league win since 22 August, are 3-0 up at home to Sheffield Wednesday. Neil Lennon's Bolton, who are drawing 0-0 at home to fellow strugglers Bristol City, are currently down to 23rd in the table.

And it's a day to forget for bottom club Rotherham who now trail 5-2 at home to Ipswich, former Celtic forward Daryl Murphy with a 29-minute hat-trick for the Tractor Boys.

  14. 'Berahino took his eye off it'published at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November 2015

    Man Utd 1-0 West Brom

    Mark Lawrenson
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 live

“Best cross of the game. Saido Berahino must have just completely taken his eye off it. He’s in the middle of the six-yard box – either side of David De Gea and it’s 1-1.”

  15. 'As cool a penalty as you'll see'published at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November 2015

    Leicester 2-1 Watford

    Jermaine Jenas
Former Tottenham and England midfielder on Final Score

"Watford now have the momentum. That was as cool a penalty as you'll see from Troy Deeney.

"It was definitely a penalty, after some sloppy defending from Leicester. A clumsy challenge from Kante - if you're going to make a tackle like that you need to know who's around you and he just didn't."

  16. Postpublished at 16:34

    West Ham 1-1 Everton

What an enigma Gerard Deulofeu is. You can see why he was close to a breakthrough at Barcelona as at times he looks unplayable. He glides past three men, his feet barely touching the floor - but his final ball is then poor as he bears down on goal.

  17. CLOSE!published at 16:34

    Man Utd 1-0 West Brom

Should be level. Manchester United fans should be fuming now, but they're relieved. Craig Dawson curls a brilliant ball into the box and striker Saido Berahino is all alone, in front of goal, but gets his header all wrong and the ball ends up in the east stand.

A very lucky escape for the home side.

"Poor marking from Swansea, as a looping corner round the back is headed back into the six-yard box. Howson was there unmarked. Poor, poor defending from the Swans."
