    Bournemouth 0-2 Everton

Yet another injury for Bournemouth, as midfielder Harry Arter goes down and Glenn Murray comes on. Has there even been a worse spate of injuries in the Premier League?

  2. Postpublished at 16:34

    Aston Villa 1-2 Watford

Aston Villa look as though they are running out of ideas.

Defeat today and they are five points adrift at the bottom. It is a long way back.

  3. Championship latestpublished at 16:33

Unbeaten Brighton are on course to go top of the Championship tonight - Bobby Zamora's second goal in two games has them 2-1 up against Birmingham. Middlesbrough, who lead 1-0 at Huddersfield, are on course to climb above Hull into third.

Local newspaper reports suggested before kick-off today that Nottingham Forest boss Dougie Freedman was in danger of losing his job. Freedman looks safer thanks to two Nelson Oliveira goals and a 3-1 lead against Reading, although his side are down to 10 men, with defender Jack Hobbs dismissed for two bookable offences.

Just when QPR were staring to wonder if they would ever score again, Charlie Austin has ended their four-match goal drought. They lead eternal crisis club Leeds 1-0.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:32

    Sunderland 0-0 Stoke

    A gamble by Sam Allardyce.

Centre back John O'Shea off and midfielder Adam Johnson on in his place.

    Sunderland are going for it.

    Sunderland 0-0 Stoke

How's your touch Duncan Watmore? Not very good.

Sunderland break quickly but the young striker lets the ball get away from him, after Patrick van Aaanholt's cross finds him in space on the right of the penalty area.

Alan Hutton tried to stop Troy Deeney's ball finding Odion Ighalo. I guess technically he succeeded.

    Sunderland 0-0 Stoke

Still Sunderland press for the opener.

A draw moves them out of the drop zone on goal difference. But they will feel there is a winner in this game against Stoke's 10 men.

  12. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:27

    Man City 2-1 Southampton

I've just seen that earlier Dusan Tadic effort and Southampton could have had a penalty in the aftermath. A follow-up effort was blocked by the arm of Fernandinho, looked on target too...

  15. League Two latestpublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2015

Comeback of the day in League Two is at Adams Park, where fourth-placed Portsmouth have come back from two goals down against Wycombe to level at 2-2, with Caolan Lavery and Adam Webster scoring.

Individual performance of the day is at Broadhall Way; Chris Whelpdale has completed a hat-trick for Stevenage, who lead Morecambe 4-1.

The greatest sense of renewed optimism of the day is probably at Sixfields, where Northampton - who have been through the financial mill in recent months - are keeping up their promotion challenge by beating bottom club Yeovil 2-0.

Biggest metaphorical rain cloud of the day is hovering over Bootham Crescent. York, who have lost seven games in a row in all competitions, are being thumped 3-0 at home by Accrington.

  16. Postpublished at 16:24

    Bournemouth 0-2 Everton

All credit to Bournemouth, they are having a right good go. Junior Stanislas has a shot across goal, Adam Smith puts in a dangerous cross, no end product though...

Dear, oh dear, not what Aston Villa needed.

Troy Deeney slips the ball through to Odion Ighalo but, just before he shoots, Alan Hutton gets his foot in the way but can only prod the ball into his own net.

    Villa heading for another defeat.

  18. AGUERO INJUREDpublished at 16:23

He just cannot keep fit! Sergio Aguero lands awkwardly from a corner and rolls his ankle. He is able to limp off but he has to come off, Wilfried Bony on in his place.

Sunderland on top against 10-man Stoke but are being fairly wasteful.
