Newcastle are in the relegation zone as things stand. And they may be for some time if they don't sort this defending out. They are being torn open.

  12. Postpublished at 15:43

    Sunderland 0-0 Stoke

    Sunderland are coming on strong.

Stoke have had a lot of the ball but now the Black Cats are looking to end the half on a high. Not many chances yet mind.

  13. 'Lukaku is playing with a smile on his face'published at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2015

    Kevin Kilbane

"A brilliant goal by Lukaku, after an excellent ball received from Deulofeu.

"Lukaku scored a lot in the Europa League last season, but this season it has been in the league. He is playing with a joy, with a smile on his face, and Lukaku is unstoppable at the moment."

  14. Goal replaypublished at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2015

    Bournemouth 0-2 Everton

Great goal by Everton to work their way across the pitch from Brendan Galloway's throw-in. Gerard Deulofeu's cross found Romelu Lukaku, who took a touch and fired home.

GOAL - Aston Villa 1-1 Watfordpublished at 15:40

    Micah Richards (41 mins)

No one can say they didn't deserve it.

Jordan Veretout whips in a free-kick from the 20 yards and Micah Richards attacks the ball and heads it into the corner.

Life in Villa's survival bid perhaps?

    Wilfried Zaha (41 mins)

    Wilfried Zaha celebratesImage source, PA

Alan Pardew is loving this - even the mishits are going in for Palace! Connor Wickham is influential again, driving past unconvincing challenges on the left, getting his head up and standing up a cross to find Wilfried Zaha on the penalty spot. Zaha waits for it, smashes a volley down into the turf and the bounce takes it past a man on the line and into the net.

    This could be a rout.

  17. Championship latestpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2015

Things are looking a good deal brighter for manager Dougie Freedman at Nottingham Forest, who have hit back to lead Reading 2-1 with goals from Chris O'Grady and Nelson Oliveira.

Brighton, the only English professional side still unbeaten in the league, are being held 1-1 at home by Birmingham - whose manager Gary Rowett has recently been linked with the vacant jobs at Fulham and QPR.

Finally, an interesting fact for you about Rotherham striker Jonson Clarke-Harris. The 21-year-old recently revealed that he has no fewer than 15 tattoos, which works out roughly as one for every 17 months of his life. Clarke-Harris has scored twice for the second-from-bottom Millers, who lead Bristol City 2-0.

  18. BOOKINGpublished at 15:38

    Crystal Palace 2-1 Newcastle

Now then - Wilfried Zaha weaves into the area and goes down - he is booked for a dive but Palace are convinced that should have been a penalty. Alan Pardew has said in the past that Zaha does not get enough decisions.

  19. Postpublished at 15:38

    Aston Villa 0-1 Watford

Aston Villa can consider themselves unfortunate to be behind - or careless.

Another great chances as Jordan Ayew flicks on a corner at the near post and Ciaran Clark slides in at the far post but can only prod wide.

Are they going to regret these misses?

Remember  if Villa lose to Watford, they will equal the Premier League record for lowest points tally after 14 matches of a season.
