  1. De Bruyne agonypublished at 14:43

Man City v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

Like a lot of you, Kevin de Bruyne is my fantasy football captain. However, Wes Hoolahan is sat in first spot on my bench ready to come in.

It is nailed on that De Bruyne will make an 88th-minute wind down the clock substitute appearance now.

  2. Will Hughes be bold again?published at 14:42

West Ham v Stoke (15:00 GMT)

    Alistair Bruce-Ball
BBC Radio 5 live commentator at Upton Park

"Stoke produced one of the most thrilling performances of the season last Saturday in beating Manchester City, and it will be interesting to see if Mark Hughes is bold enough to unleash his front three of Bojan, Xherdan Shaqiri and Marko Arnautovic again.

"The Potters are just one point behind West Ham, having taken 10 points from their last five games, while the Hammers have managed just three points in that time as injuries have taken their toll.

"If Mauro Zarate had kept his cool they could have snatched a win at Old Trafford last weekend, but will they be able to trouble Stoke's stonewall defence without the likes of Payet, Sakho and Lanzini?"

  4. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:37

    Norwich 1-1 Everton

And that is the end of the game at Carrow Road. Very much a game of two halves. Everton were brilliant in the first half but average in the second as Norwich battled back to earn a point.

  5. 'Can Swansea spring a surprise?'published at 14:34

Man City v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

    John Hartson
Former Arsenal striker on BBC Radio 5 live

"It's a difficult game for Swansea but you've seen many times when a team is manager-less it pulls a result out of a bag.

"Alan Curtis, he’s taken over the team under no illusions, it’s a tough game, but they have nothing to lose. Yes they need to get back on the points trail but nobody expects them to get anything."

  6. 'Giggs a good fit for Swans'published at 14:32

Man City v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

    John Hartson
Former Arsenal striker on BBC Radio 5 live

"Ryan Giggs would be an excellent appointment for Swansea, but the big question is whether or not he would leave Manchester United when he’s heavily tipped to be their next manager.

"Swansea is a great fit, they play great football, they've still got very good players. I think the Garry Monk situation is more than a poor run of form, there are several players in the dressing room not performing."

  7. Final Scorepublished at 14:30

  8. 'Giggs would be a great appointment'published at 14:27

Man City v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

    Jason Roberts
Former West Brom striker on BBC Radio 5 live

"When you look at the job Garry Monk did, yes they failed to score in recent games and they should be doing better.

"But this is a guy who’d been with the club throughout the leagues, for 12 years. His first bump in a road and he’s out of a job. People talk about loyalty. He did everything you should do to deserve another chance.

"Swansea is one of my favourite clubs but I’m very disappointed. Ryan Giggs would be a great appointment. I think Manchester City will find this game relatively easy if they start well."

  10. 'Swansea confidence is fragile'published at 14:24

Man City v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

    Steve Bower
BBC football commentator at Etihad Stadium

"Whatever your opinion about the decision to relieve Garry Monk of his duties, I personally think the club should have held their nerve.

"One of the worst possible destinations for Swansea at the end of a turbulent week is the Etihad Stadium.

"Despite putting four past Borussia Monchengladbach in midweek, Manchester City will still be smarting over their performance and result at Stoke last weekend.

"They can't afford a repeat of recent slip-ups and will see this as an opportunity to resume normal service.

"Swansea - who will have first-team coach Alan Curtis in charge for this game - need some new direction quickly, and the week's uncertainty won't have helped their fragile confidence."

  13. 'United lacking ambition'published at 14:20

Bournemouth v Man United (17:30 GMT)

    Jermaine Jenas
Ex-Spurs & England midfielder on Football Focus

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has pleaded with fans not to compare his side with the team that was winning trophies in the past, external - is he right to say this?

"United has never been about mediocrity, it’s about winning the league. With £250m spent, you cannot come out with statements like this, no United fan or player wants to hear that lack of ambition. You have to give him more money to fulfil his term, and I don’t think that will happen."

  14. 'Incredible turnaround'published at 14:18

    Norwich 1-1 Everton

    Stuart Pearce
BBC Radio 5 live at Carrow Road

"The more you watch football, the more you realise you don't understand it. It's quite incredible how this has turned around. It's amazing what confidence does, that goal has given Norwich the confidence to attack Everton, It's end to end now, and I wouldn't like to call it right now."

  15. 'United are boring'published at 14:17

  16. Oooh, that's a bad misspublished at 14:15

    Norwich 1-1 Everton

Probably best if Cameron Jerome doesn't watch the last minute of the Norwich v Everton game on Match of the Day tonight. He has just missed an absolute sitter. The ball is pulled back to him from the byline, he is stood between penalty spot and six-yard box. has nobody really near him and somehow scoops it over the bar.

  17. Team newspublished at 14:12

West Ham v Stoke (15:00 GMT)

No Xherdan Shaqiri for Stoke, who are at West Ham. he is ill, apparently. That's a blow for the Potters as he has looked very much the part of late.
