    BBC Radio 5 Live

Plenty of football on the radio for you to get your ears round today.

Colchester v Tottenham is the first live coverage of the day from 12:45 GMT, before Portsmouth v Bournemouth and all the action as it happens from around the grounds at 15:00 GMT.

You can listen to commentary of Aston Villa v Manchester City on Sports Extra from 14:45 GMT, while Liverpool v West Ham is on 5 live from 17:30 GMT.

    Enough for you? Good.

  2. Postpublished at 11:30

    Colchester v Tottenham (12:45 GMT)

Standing in Tottenham's way are League One strugglers Colchester. Team news will be coming up in the next 15 minutes or so. Just enough time to stick that bacon under the grill.

  3. Postpublished at 11:26

    Colchester v Tottenham (12:45 GMT)

One name is already safely in the fifth-round hat - and that is Manchester United. The 11-time winners eased past Championship side Derby last night, but how many of the nine Premier League clubs playing today will join them?

First up are Tottenham. Ossie Ardiles used to dream that 'Tott-ting-ham' were on their way to Wembley. Is 2016 going to be their year?!

  4. Postpublished at 11:23 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2016

I might tell you my encounter with a footballer's mum some time over the next few hours. Or I might conveniently forget. (This makes my tale sound very dodgy. It really isn't...)

Anyway...in case you've only just woken up from your slumber, or just arrived back from a week's holiday at the International Space Station, here's what is happening today.

The FA Cup. 13 matches. 13 places in the fifth round at stake. And plenty of references to 'Cupsets', the magic of the cup' and 'a potential banana skin'.

Got those FA Cup cliches bingo cards sorted? Excellent.

Now then! I didn't want to share this story - but my predecessor Tom Rostance appears to have hounded me into it. Cheers Rosto...

  6. Handing over...published at 11:16 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2016

I feel left out - I don't think I've got a single footballer's mum story. Not any that I can share with you all anyway.

This man has though - over to Jonathan Jurejko for the next few hours...

If you were listening to The Danny Baker Show on BBC Radio 5 live you'll have heard some great stories about encounters with footballers' mums...(or Dads at a pinch....)

Jill Kathryn Shores: Sat in the dentist waiting room chatting about football and lady sat next to me says: 'I go and watch it a lot as my son plays.' Thought it must be Sunday League or something as live in a small village, turned out it was Nick Powell's (Crewe/Man United) mum and it was not long after I'd gone to see him play at Wembley with Crewe!

    Arsenal v Burnley (15:00 GMT)

Arsenal's resident handyman did not need to hammer any picture hooks into the Emirates wall of fame for a while. Nine, long, barren years in fact. Because they were no framed celebration photos to hang up.

But he's had to dig out those picture tacks in each of the past summers for back-to-back FA Cup triumphs....

Will retaining the trophy again be as easy as one, two, three for the Gunners?
