    Stoke v Newcastle (19:45 GMT)

Doctor Jekyll? Or Mr Hyde? Newcastle fans will be wondering which side of their team's character will come out tonight.

The one which resembles a respectable Premier League team? Or the one which cannot contain its inner demons?

    Even Steve McClaren doesn't know...

"We go from one extreme to the other," says the Newcastle gaffer. "We've talked a lot about character, about fight and about attitude and about realising the situation that we are in before it's too late.

"We're in a scrap, we're in a fight and we've got to start joining in."

It's the title race that has invigorated the neutral.

Whether you're flying the flag for Leicester and their improbable efforts, rooting for Tottenham and their young English nucleus, gunning for the Gunners, hoping for an ultimate City farewell to Pellegrini, praying for an Old Trafford miracle or even deludedly dreaming of a Chelsea retention, there is something for everyone.

West Ham v Tottenham (19:45 GMT)

These are truly uncharted waters for Tottenham. Harry Redknapp may have got them playing exciting football, he may have had a run in the Champions League but he was nowhere close to actually winning the thing.

A win tonight would put them top, ahead of Leicester on goal difference with 10 games to go. How are your nerves, Spurs fans...?

    One for the history books?

Spurs haven't won the league since before Paul McCartney joined the Beatles...

    March 18, 1964.

Beatlemania was in full swing, hangovers were still fresh from Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton's wedding (the first one), Radio Caroline was preparing its first broadcast from the English Channel, Cassius Clay was the new heavyweight champion of the world and the jury was out at the great train robbery trial.

    Truly historic times.

    Are Spurs the greatest?

Oh, and Tottenham Hotspur were top of the league.

Tonight they could go back to the summit. It would be the first time they have been top of the table in March, so close to the end of the season, since those heady days.

A first real title challenge in 52 years is brewing at White Hart Lane.

Spurs blew it in 1964, finishing fourth as Liverpool took the glory on the pitch as well as on the hit parade.

    Is now Spurs' time...?
