    West Ham 1-0 Tottenham

West Ham look a real threat every time they attack and goalscorer Michail Antonio is on the end of a flowing move only to see his shot blocked by Kevin Wimmer.

    Spurs hanging on a touch...

  2. CLOSE!published at 20:20 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Man Utd 0-0 Watford

Lovely hit! Morgan Schneiderlin lines up a Paul Scholes style volley from 20 yards as a corner is headed out to him, the Frenchman flashes a volley just over the top! Cracking technique, foot through the ball.

Former MK Dons manager on BBC Radio 5 live

"Sterling knew he would get stick and he has to be mentally tough. The only way to shut fans up is putting in a performance. When I went back to Upton Park I took more stick than him!"

Where did that come from?! Swansea, not known for their quick play, get it up the field in two passes after Mesut Ozil loses the ball cheaply and when Jack Cork slides in Wayne Routledge the winger does Petr Cech with the eyes and rolls it home.

    Woeful defending, great finish...

    Stoke 0-0 Newcastle

Enforced early change for Stoke. Not what Mark Hughes would have wanted after naming an unchanged team.

Right-back Phil Bardsley has tweaked something, on comes Spanish centre-back Marc Muniesa. Hope he's slapped on plenty of muscle rub...

Muniesa goes to centre-half, with Geoff Cameron shuffling over to right-back.

  6. Hammers still on toppublished at 20:15 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    West Ham 1-0 Spurs

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at The Boleyn Ground

"Spurs showing one or two signs of life but promise has been snuffed out by some heavy touches and misplaced passes in good positions.

"Dimitri Payet is the darling of The Boleyn Ground and there is a real sense of excitement every time he gets on the ball. West Ham carry such a threat among their attacking players and the home crowd are only too keen to get in on the act."

    West Ham 1-0 Tottenham

Spurs look a bit rattled, as Hugo Lloris takes a bad touch from a backpass and almost shanks a clearance straight to a West Ham shirt. West Ham have started this game really well.

  8. Postpublished at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Liverpool 0-0 Man City

It's a very flat Anfield. Liverpool have looked the most likely of the two but it's not a classic, by any stretch.

    Stoke 0-0 Newcastle

    Steve McClarenImage source, Reuters

I don't think Newcastle manager Steve McClaren will be too disappointed with what he's seen so far. All 11 of his players are working hard to get back behind the ball when Stoke have possession, leaving the home side with little room to exploit.

Newcastle will go out of the relegation zone with a draw remember.

  10. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Man Utd 0-0 Watford

It's odd seeing a number 51 shirt in the Manchester United box, but Timothy Fosu-Mensah is putting himself about at both ends. Anthony Martial has squirreled a shot just wide for United, but it's fairly even stuff.

  11. Postpublished at 20:10 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Arsenal 1-0 Swansea

Joel Campbell is a lively presence for Arsenal at the moment, he skins his man down the right and has a cross well cut out, Hector Bellerin then fires in a swerving shot which Lukasz Fabianski pushes out. Decent hit!

  12. 'Joke!'published at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    West Ham 1-0 Spurs

    Paul Ince
Former MK Dons manager on BBC Radio 5 live

"I cannot understand for the life of me why Noble is not in the England squad. He has been doing it for years and people talk about Drinkwater at Leicester, but West Ham are doing well too. I think it is a joke."

  13. Postpublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    West Ham 1-0 Tottenham

West Ham are actually only two points short of Manchester City and a Champions League place in the as it stands table.

Plenty of time to go of course but do we fancy Leicester and West Ham in Europe next year?

  14. Postpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Man Utd 0-0 Watford

Nothing has happened at Old Trafford, the nearest we've come to a chance was a Watford cross that skipped right through the penalty area.

  15. Postpublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Arsenal 1-0 Swansea

Arsenal are level on points with Tottenham as it stands. Party time in Leicester?

  16. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Liverpool 0-0 Man City

Joe Hart was in angry mood at a cameraman who got too close just before kick-off but the England keeper hasn't had much to do yet. Jon Flanagan gets the Kop excited with a powerful tackle on Raheem Sterling. Welcome back...

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:01 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    West Ham 1-0 Spurs

Almost two for West Ham - but Hugo Lloris makes an excellent full-stretch save to palm a shot from Mark Noble out for a corner.

Spurs manage to clear the corner and threaten on the break but that too comes to nothing.

  18. Postpublished at 20:01 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    Stoke 0-0 Newcastle

Stoke still looking sharp. Newcastle keeper Rob Elliot gets his gloves dirty for the first time - twice in fact. First he has to readjust and backpedal to palm away Erik Pieters' flukey left-wing cross that was drifting goalwards, then punches clear another cross from the opposite side.

And seconds later Elliot is called into action again, saving Xherdan Shaqiri's low shot. All Stoke.

  19. 'Spurs have not started'published at 20:01 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2016

    West Ham 1-0 Spurs

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Upton Park

"The bubbles sent around Upton Park by machine as "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles" plays out before kick-off were still in the air when West Ham United took the lead.

"It was the reward for a very brisk start from Slaven Bilic's side and for the in-form Michail Antonio. That makes it six in 10 home games this season.

"Spurs have not got started yet but one thing we have learned about Mauricio Pochettino's side this season is that they have real character."
