    Kevin Kilbane

"Brilliant ball from Coutinho to the far post, Benteke skipped free and it was a decent enough save by Randolph."

Liverpool win a corner, Kevin Stewart has an air shot and it's cleared away. Corner #2 is met by Christian Benteke and Darren Randolph makes the save! Best moment yet.

    MK Dons 1-0 Middlesbrough

Hello! An upset on the cards perhaps as Dean Bowditch fires MK Dons into an early lead. Good news for Hull and Burnley fans...

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

A midfield battle so far. Don't believe us? Here's the statistical proof. As our graphic below shows, Liverpool have dominated possession in the opening 10 minutes but it has mainly been in the middle of the park.

And here's another stat...we have not had one attempt at goal yet.

West Ham coming into the game more now as Cheikhou Kouyate puts his foot in and spreads it out wide, the crowd respond with rich applause. Nothing comes from it though and the rather low-quality start continues.

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

He flits in and out of games does Dimitri Payet. When he's in it you know about it though. Outstanding on his day. Not done anything yet tonight, mind...

  7. 'Match of the Day player...'published at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 9 February 2016

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

    Conor McNamara
BBC Radio 5 live commentator at the Boleyn Ground

"Dimitri Payet is one of these players that whenever I see him in the flesh, I think he's good but he's not wowed me. Whenever I've seen him on Match of the Day - amazing! I'm not saying he is a Match of the Day player but..."

An anxious air around Upton Park as this much-changed Liverpool side make a strong start. Can West Ham grab this game and get into it?

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

Brad Smith - who looks a real prospect at left-back for Liverpool doesn't he? - gets forwards to good effect and whips over a dangerous cross but Jordon Ibe can't get on the end of it. All Liverpool so far.

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

Lucas at centre-back is an interesting call. I know he has filled in there at times but a full 90 minutes could be a test. I would have been tempted to play Andy Carroll up against him.

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

    Kevin Kilbane
Ex-Everton and Republic of Ireland winger on BBC Radio 5 live

"Good start from Liverpool. West Ham started on the front foot, but Liverpool won the ball back quickly. Potentially, getting the ball into Christian Benteke could be the way in for them tonight. Get the ball into him quickly and get runners onto him. I think it will be a good game."

    West Ham 0-0 Liverpool

Is now a good time to mention that West Ham have never beaten Liverpool in the FA Cup?

Frosty: Stoke move to The Brit still annoys me all these years later. No public transport links and no pubs. Awful location.

Mathew Maine: It can have positives (Hull, Swansea) and negatives (Coventry, or even worse, Darlington).
