One hundred and twelve years of history will come to and end in a few months' time, when West Ham close the doors at Upton Park, flip off the lights and move over to the Olympic Stadium.
So let's talk about moving stadiums.
'Ah the memories. Not even headliners at our own ground...'
It's easy to get romantic about the atmosphere on the old terracing, the fact that it cost a farthing to get in and there was a pub on every corner, but at the same time maybe you now love the fact that you have a roof, usable toilets, some legroom and an easy and safe journey home. Pros and cons...

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic: "We've played Liverpool many times this season, twice recently with different line-ups.
"We played their strongest team and then a team with five or six regular starters, so we are well prepared for whatever team they come with.
"They are a big club. They've had ups and downs this season but make no mistake, whenever a team is facing them, you have to have a complete game.
"You can't give them time and space because they will harm you, they have quality. We have to be good, brave, direct and skilful, which we showed in two out of the three games we played against them."
Liverpool must stop taking fans "for granted", says former boss Roy Evans as the ticket row rumbles on.
Thousands of Reds supporters protested against planned increases in ticket prices at Anfield by walking out of Saturday's game with Sunderland.
"It's got to stop being all about money and go back to being a sport," Evans told BBC Radio 5 live.
"I hope Liverpool are big enough to work it out. It seems ridiculous that prices go up."
Evans, who managed the club in the 1990s, added: "They can't keep taking the supporters for granted.
"I hope it doesn't become a massive saga and that Liverpool Football Club itself realises it's the principle of the matter at the end of the day."
Former Liverpool boss Roy Evans says the club must stop taking fans for granted as the row over ticket prices continues.

"I swear, I will take it easy..."
The Times carried some analysis from Dr Mark Porter this morning on Jurgen Klopp's speedy return from appendicitis, and the doc was slightly concerned that Jurgen may be pushing it a bit.
"Getting back to work within 48 hours of surgery is going some," Porter said.
"Most people have 10-14 days off work. I just hope that Jurgen listens to his surgeon and doesn't get too excited..."
No chance doc.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp: "I feel good and I am back in the race.
"I figured if I feel bad I should stay at home but I feel good and I am thankful for our doctor, because he said we should go to hospital - I was not too sure. The surgeon was great, a season ticket holder who told me we both didn't want to see the game.
"I had the best nurses and everything was OK. I feel really good so that is the only reason why I am here. If I'm not fit then I cannot help here and I would be at home."

Not even a burst appendix could keep Jurgen Klopp away from this FA Cup tie.

It is 36 years, more than a lifetime when it comes to top-flight footballers, since West Ham enjoyed FA Cup success.
Sir Trevor Brooking's diving, well falling, header earned a 1-0 win against Arsenal in 1980 and the Hammers have been dreaming of a fourth Cup triumph ever since.
For Liverpool, it's a 10-year wait for FA Cup success. Steven Gerrard from 35 yards against the Hammers anyone?
Whooosh!
Both sides will rightly think that they have a very good chance of ending that drought this season. Only one can progress into the last 16. Tonight we find out who goes on...
