BBC Newcastle's NUFC summariser John Anderson: "Newcastle didn't deal with the first ball, or the second ball. But Okazaki had a lot of work to do. It's a smashing finish."

Fantastic again from Leicester as Marc Albrighton seizes on a loose ball in midfield and runs at Steven Taylor, he runs, Taylor backs off, backs off, backs off - and Albrighton curls it just wide from 20 yards!

"That was all about Jamie Vardy. He's won the second ball at the back post, he's no right to win that but then Shinji Okazaki... a spectacular overhead kick into the bottom corner... a brilliant, brilliant finish."

Wow! You can be as organised as you like in defence but if someone is going to score an overhead kick, sometimes there's nothing you can do about it!

Leicester have a free-kick half cleared, it comes back in, Jamie Vardy gets up over Jack Colback to head back across goal and Shinji Okazaki attacks it superbly. Overhead kick, down and hard, the bounce takes it in.

Rafa Benitez is well out of his technical area to bark instructions to his players as they keep a regimented shape in the face of probing Leicester pressure. Danny Drinkwater keeps the play moving with a booming switch ball out to the left, Riyad Mahrez backheels it to a team-mate. Superb.

"Aleksandar Mitrovic versus Robert Huth is a good battle. It's been a good start from both sides.  You wouldn't think, from watching Newcastle tonight, that they were in a relegation battle."

I see what you're saying there Mike. Interestingly, Newcastle have already taken as many shots (five) as they did in the whole of their last away game v Stoke.

A frenetic game, hard to keep up with, now sees Riyad Mahrez shoot for the first time. It's deflected away and from the corner Robert Huth heads over the bar. Jamaal Lascelles was all over him, clawing at his face.

A good, open game! Newcastle now attack, Daryl Janmaat whips in a great ball from right-back, Moussa Sissoko tries to get there and does get there, just about, but he can't control the header.

Janmaat may be Newcastle's best attacker from full-back.

Leicester flying now. N'Golo Kante gobbles up a loose ball like Pac-Man in midfield and then plays a neat pass into the feet of Shinji Okazaki on the left of the box, he teases in a cross but again it's well cleared by Jack Colback.

Rafa Benitez makes a note on his clipboard.

There is a head of steam building in blue now. Again Danny Drinkwater peels off to the right wing and puts over a fine cross but Daryl Janmaat clears his lines. Jamie Vardy then skins two men and bursts into the box, he goes down but that's not a foul...

Leicester yet to have a touch in the Newcastle penalty area (below left). Newcastle, on the other hand, have had plenty of the ball in their opponents' box (below right).

Danny Drinkwater - a contender for Roy Hodgson's upcoming England squad? - whips in a good ball from the right but it's headed out. Leicester have upped it 20% in the last few minutes.

Some news from the Championship, where Middlesbrough manager Aitor Karanka had been considering his future after leaving training early on Friday following a row.

The Spaniard has mulled it over and has decided he's... staying put.

"Middlesbrough Football Club can confirm that head coach Aitor Karanka will be resuming first-team duties with the club with immediate effect," reads a club statement.

"We have 10 games left this season and as a club we are fully focused on what remains of our Championship campaign."

Had he lost the dressing room? If so he's found it again!
